Blondeshavemorefun · 18/05/2016 21:40

I do kinda think M may have bagged henry ........

Georgeofthejungle · 18/05/2016 21:42

There was no tape on the bottom of the bag for Henry (I think), I reckon he bagged himself!

LassWiTheDelicateAir · 18/05/2016 21:47

Why did Henry have to abduct the little girl? She wasn't in the same house as the woman who occasionally baby sat so why was Henry in the girl's house at all?

LassWiTheDelicateAir · 18/05/2016 21:50

Why did the baker have a stab wound?

I forgot about him. And the dog.

And who killed the girl who did Web can work and why?

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/05/2016 22:05

Not sure why he kidnapped may

The dad left her alone in her room/house that night

Tho maybe may woke up. Saw daddy wasn't there and went to neighbour who was getting killed /dead and henry then had to take her away

How did M know to look at Henry's shoulder. One min she was looking at dead may who had something in her mouth. Then ran and yelled saying she needed to see his shoulder

Think he was a scratching his neck but what made connect the 2

BitOutOfPractice · 18/05/2016 22:08

Henry abducted the little girl because she wandered into the neighbour's house while Henry was killing her (the neighbour). The little girl must've woken up in her own house, realised she was alone and gone to find the nice neighbour who sometimes babysat her, disturbing the murderer in the process

LassWiTheDelicateAir · 18/05/2016 22:10

How did Henry get into the baby sister's house?

RaeSkywalker · 18/05/2016 22:27

Blondes Marcella saw the bite mark on him earlier, realised that he flinches in the CCTV when carrying May, and goes to get a several imprint of May's teeth to compare to the bite on Henry, thus proving that he killed her (I think).

2rebecca · 18/05/2016 22:43

I found him confessing after bite mark spotted unconvincing. He'd bluffed his way through stabbing and confessing and phone anomaly. The bite mark was nearly healed and could have been explained away different if fresh and containing dna

minesapintofwine · 18/05/2016 22:59

I'm glad I found this thread. I'm none the wiser but at least I know I'm not the only one really confused

BitOutOfPractice · 18/05/2016 23:22

Same way he got into all the victims' houses I guess lass. Break in? Ring the bell then force in? Dunno.

LovePGtipsMonkey · 18/05/2016 23:38

yes I also don't get it why Henry confessed. Even the bite wasn't a solid proof - could have been a coincidence.
Also when he bagged himself, did he want to kill himself or was he ridiculously hoping that M recovers from her blackout just in time? For someone who wanted to kill himself he looked very unperturbed and collected once he got his breath back - first thing he said was that M is in deep shit ! A suisidal person would have been too upset to be rescued.

LovePGtipsMonkey · 18/05/2016 23:39

Well the pint of the lodger was that he blackmailed what's hisname and got the police onto Jason as a result.

LovePGtipsMonkey · 18/05/2016 23:40

point, not 'pint'!

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/05/2016 00:02

Thanks rae

bridgetoc · 19/05/2016 03:03

I thought the first episode showed promise.... I was wrong! The only reason I kept watching was to see if the next episode was as bad as the last. It was, the last episode was the worst of the lot! I wss transfixed by how bad it was.....Awful!

2rebecca · 19/05/2016 08:43

I thought Marcella bagged him. If she can carry Grace and drive surely she can bag a bloke. Running around looking for plastic bags and duck tape in someone else's house in a hysterical fugue then tying him up etc sounds so unlikely though when your children's father is bleeding to death.

Inkanta · 19/05/2016 08:57

So it's all over!

What did I think of it. Rubbish.

Good acting from Anna Friel though

FuckoffDM · 19/05/2016 09:22

I agree that Anna Friel was very good, certainly the most believable.

It was a load of nonsense and lots of hammy acting and over the top characters but I was still engrossed and found it very tense at times. I'd certainly watch another series

Disappointed that the nice cop turned out to be a git.

HalleLouja · 19/05/2016 10:31

Anna Friel and that one who was her boss used to be in Teachers. Were very good. Oh and him who used to be in Corrie as Owen. Some of the others should have gone back to drama school. I will probably watch the next series if only to lust over AFs wardrobe.

lem73 · 19/05/2016 21:07

Henry bagged himself! That makes total sense. Surely there has to be a second series? Who killed that Andrew Barnes guy?

LassWiTheDelicateAir · 19/05/2016 23:57

Same way he got into all the victims' houses I guess lass. Break in? Ring the bell then force in? Dunno.

I thought they said there was no sign of forced entry?

How did the web cam girl get Grace's pendant?

And what was the significance of the bloke who used to be Inspector Neil Manson in The Bill?

lulucappuccino · 20/05/2016 00:03

I thought the guy from Corrie, the baker, was good and a few others were ok, but Marcella's boss, Laura, was absolutely terrible. I understand that she was supposed to be a bit uptight, but the woman was completely monotonous and totally without expression. Makes me wonder how people like that get the job.

Blondeshavemorefun · 20/05/2016 15:16

Tho if he did bag his self then was he intending to die or did he hope police would come

So a huge calculated risk

As M had to do cpr on him

So he she didn't come to - then he would still be dead

TheNorthRemembers · 20/05/2016 18:55

DH owes me 12 lost hours of my life. This and Undercover. Did they just want to shoot the polar opposite of Happy Valley? Or what was the point of this?!
