Have just started watching Black Books on 4od from the beginning. I just saw odd episodes of it when it first aired. Am really enjoying it. Think I might start on Father Ted once I've caught up with Black Books. Really want to find Blackadder online that'd really make me happy :)

What old programmes are you currently rewatching and are they standing the test of time?

I watched series 1 of Misfits, Glue and Skins on 4oD. Watched the OC series a year ago. Also Heartless, 4oD again. Loved Luther, Scott and Bailey and the Vampire Diaries all watched in marathon type sessions. I loved Ally McBeal and also want to watch House, Greys Anatomy and Teachers

I see 4 on demand have Jake's Progress.... I remember watching this many years ago. Was a great drama series with Robert Lindsay and Julie Walters.

Onedayinthesun · 04/04/2016 23:27

Heartland on season 7 currently & Real housewives of Orange County season 8Blush

chanice · 05/04/2016 00:57

The office and extras need more episodes. UK sitcoms don't do enough shows per seasons. Annoying. Love the Office Christmas specials . Almost forgot PhoneShop, its hilarious

Jujuheyhey · 05/04/2016 07:17

Chanice - YES to phone shop!! It's amazing. Was very cross they took it off Netflix but I got a chrome cast so can watch them off 4OD on my telly.

I'm planning to re-watch The Wire and Gossip Girl

2ManySweets · 05/04/2016 09:01

Phone shop is next on my list - an underrated gem!

MrsJayy · 05/04/2016 09:03

chanice · 05/04/2016 11:57

Feel like I am the only one who cannot stand Frasier, don't know why though

BreakingDad77 · 13/04/2016 22:21

Started watching Twin Peaks again, its not actually that bad

Openmindedmonkey · 13/04/2016 22:30

Grey's Anatomy, on s7 now tho had to take a break whilst kids are on holiday- I'm getting impatient for them to go back for just that reason!
Thanks for some of the tips above, PP

jellycake · 13/04/2016 22:41

House, I had forgotten how much I love Hugh Laurie and his little speech impediment. Not even got to the end of the first season yet and I'm in love again Smile

Flanderspigeonmurderer · 14/04/2016 16:59

I'm watching the wire. They have flip phones and dial up Internet! It is good but I could do with subtitles for sure of it.

ShelaghTurner · 14/04/2016 17:01

I'm watching Grange Hill... On series 5! Grin It's great!

Jujuheyhey · 14/04/2016 19:11

Where are you getting Grange Hill from?!? Would love to watch those again Smile

RoseDeGambrinus · 14/04/2016 19:18

Buffy - I hardly saw any of it when it first aired so am working my way through, now on Season 4 Smile
And I'm also a few episodes into a DVD of Misfits.

whathaveiforgottentoday · 14/04/2016 19:22

West wing. Half way through series 4.

mollie123 · 14/04/2016 19:38

have the DVDs of black books - excellent comedy.
I am currently working my way through The House of Eliot on DVD - excellent well made and acted drama.
The Beiderbecke series with James Bolam and Barbar Flynn - it is very 80s though.
Of course - there is also Jeeves and Wooster.

MyNameIsAlexDrake · 14/04/2016 20:02

I binge watched Still Game on Netflix earlier this year. Love it!

youngestisapsycho · 14/04/2016 22:10

Grange Hill!! Where can I watch it?

Lweji · 14/04/2016 22:12

Buffy.
Recently also Blackadder, Yes Minister and Allo Allo.
All still brilliant.
Also caught a few episodes of the IT crowd, although not that ancient.
