anyway, Jane jilted I an after learning that he was about to jilt her. The had a massive scrap/mud wrestle in the square during which she said she'd gone to the park to meet Grant to tell him to leave her alone, and that she'd chosen Ian over him. She also said she wished Ian made her feel how Grant had made her feel. SO they agreed they'd both been bad and they loved each other and got back together. Much to Pauline's delight. Not really.
Honey and pettle aka well, They got a call to say Petal was seriously ill. Billy rushed to hospital. Asked Honey to come. She refused. He yelled 'what sort of mother are you' she icily replied that that was exactly it, she didn't consider her to be a mother, and wouldn't go. While Billy at hospital, Honey read the letter he'd written to Petal for when she's older and that was it.
AT hospital, billy decided to have Petal Christened, just in case, and as the minister said ?I name this baby Petal', Honey appears at the door, and says 'Her name is XXX (forgotten the original name - Judith or something, Honey's mum's name that Petal waas originally supposed to be called until they found out she has ds).
So then Billy & Honey back together with baby xxx. Bi8t of a 5 minute anticlimax considering they milked the bloody storyline for weeks over Honey rejecting Petal. I t was like they'd decided, right, we need to end this one now, and they dashed it off in a coupl eof minutes, blink and you miss it
