I'm really late tonight! I started watching late cos my 2 year old stayed up later than usual and didn't want to read the thread and spoil it. So...Joe was lovely and he did really well I thought but he was the right person to leave. Katie (was it Katie the one that did the best?) was fab she really was cool as a cucumber!

I like giggly girl she seemed sweet but she needs to so a good savoury dish. And...The bloke was just a bit meh I can't really remember him!

That's my views! I have also never tried a soufflé and I feel I need to so that I have some knowledge on the subject. I'd try to make one but I made chocolate brownies tonight and they've sunk so I have a feeling a souffle is beyond me!

Oh yes, two spoons looks great. I think you can have pork slightly pink if you are certain of its provenance and quality

Cocktail you're a woman after my own heart! I love rare to med rare steak but lamb that has barely touched a frypan (I hate the fat on lamb unless it is cooked and hot) and uncooked pheasant and pink pork does not do it for me! Limited likes it like that though
