A stag weekend (literally) as they go deer hunting - that goes wrong and they start getting bumped off .,,,,,,,,,,,

Looks good. 3 parter :)

I keep thinking Ledge is Tom Hiddleston.

Cerseirys · 05/03/2016 22:01

Ok, obviously not the Australian. Possibly Reece Shearsmith's character, seeing as we never saw the top half of him be found?

StuffandBother · 05/03/2016 23:21

I'm loving it - the 'murderer' had a very female mannerism

lorelei9 · 05/03/2016 23:38

Stuf, she did.
I'm wondering if it's Amanda Abbingdon.

ProfYaffle · 06/03/2016 06:48

Was she the fiance? I was thinking her too, she's bumping off the obnoxious friends but won't kill the groom or her brother, hence making sure they stick together.

AmIthatbloodycold · 06/03/2016 07:39

Just watched this episode. I agree about it being the fiancee/sister.

She had no trouble shooting the phone box yet didn't hit the two running down the hill. Deliberately missing them

StuffandBother · 06/03/2016 07:51

Yes!! Good detective work Sherlocks. When the figure walked up to the cab driver it had very feminine hips. Its been slammed on digital spy but I've loved it so far

Cerseirys · 06/03/2016 09:38

But of course! It all makes sense now, his mates are so vile that I can't blame her for wanting to get rid of them. But the question is, is her brother in on it or not?

Blondeshavemorefun · 06/03/2016 22:00

Hmmmm after the 2 sudden deaths of phone box and head in ground I agree it can't be a fun game - plus their hanging upside down mate

The sniper whoever they are is a good shot so missed groom/stag and bil on purpose

Aussie head in ground knew the sniper

Felt :( at the gamekeeper being blown up

I've really enjoyed it so far. It's got a few shades of Dog Soldiers (my favourite film) about it.

The money has to be on Wendy, doesn't it?

Blondeshavemorefun · 06/03/2016 22:49

Was Wendy the legs?

OP posts:
Davros · 06/03/2016 23:01

DH said The Game and I'm thinking shades of Mad Dogs. If the Gamekeeper was not the murderer, why didn't he help them?

AmIthatbloodycold · 06/03/2016 23:17

I don't think it's Wendy.

Christo, the Aussie, knew the killer, but he also knew that Wendy was dead.

So he would have expressed surprise at that if he was Wendy.

As it is, he knew the killer and and seemed pleased to see her/him

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/03/2016 09:32

Gamekeeper thinks they are spoilt Rich dicks who did something to his dog

The broke one found and helped dog hence gk gave him the car keys

Seems to be pointing to wife tho guess if she shoots hubby to be friends there may not be a wedding ......

OP posts:
2rebecca · 07/03/2016 12:26

Seems odd if wife to be. Would you really want a stressed bereaved husband just before your wedding. Nice friend seems too sane not to have noticed his sister was a psycho. ? an exgirlfriend although agree missing shooting groom and nice friend odd and groom would be first in line if an ex.
Agree if it was Wendy the Ozzie would have been surprised and suspicious as knew he was meant to be dead

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/03/2016 15:50

There won't be a wedding at this rate

And the way they all argue and squabble and say they only need to find their way out of Scotland and never see each other again

What about the wedding then

Those on a stag /hen do usually go to the wedding

OP posts:
Cerseirys · 07/03/2016 16:03

Nice friend seems too sane not to have noticed his sister was a psycho.

Unless it's all an act on his part and he's helping her get rid of the others. He definitely is the bride's brother, isn't he? I think he had a phone conversation with her in the first episode. But until then I thought it a bit odd that the groom had no idea who he was.

Davros · 07/03/2016 17:03

But we only heard his side of the phone call

gingerboy1912 · 07/03/2016 18:15

Did the man in the ground say Roy or Ray as the name of the sniper??

OhShutUpThomas · 07/03/2016 21:37

Oh cheers you lot! I bet it is the fiancé.
Davros I'm pretty sure we heard her voice too on the phone?

I was sad about the keeper and phone box dog man. Also surprised that Reece Shearsmith went so soon - surely he'd have more of a part?

I'm really enjoying it - think it could do with a bit more humour though; the dark, subtle kind.

Blondeshavemorefun · 08/03/2016 11:45

He said

Come on then

thing took off head

Oh. Your dreaming what are you doing here
Havnt seen you since when was it twiggys wedding

Oh. Right as gun lowers

Therefore I think it must be a man. Not his wife to be

Maybe his fiancé is having an affair with one of his old friends ?

OP posts:
Davros · 08/03/2016 16:58

Blush did we hear both sides of the phone call? I didn't look back, just trusted my memory!

OhShutUpThomas · 08/03/2016 17:27

Yy Blondes. After seeing the last 5 mins I don't think it's a woman either.

OhShutUpThomas · 08/03/2016 17:27

I kind of feel like it can't just be a stranger though??

CoffeeAndOranges · 09/03/2016 08:46

Just caught up on episode 2 - really enjoying this now! I still wonder if the Reece Shearsmith character is still at large- mind you if he is, whose were the legs?!

Can't think what I've seen Ledge in before- he's been in lots. DH thought it was Tom Hiddlestone too. Think he's a bit too expensive for a production like this!!

Really looking forward to seeing how this pans out, I think there will be a good twist in the ending.
