Oh dear, hope she's better. I was telling DD about Nick Robinson who is presenting The Today Programme on Radio 4 after having throat cancer and how great it is that he can go that, didn't realise similar has happened to CA

I think it's odd that The Tappers refer to Mr Tapper as "Daddy".

Not in north London Jewish families, most of DH's family say daddy

Mr Tapper came out of hospital last week and will be back on Gogglebox this week.

My teenagers refer to us as mummy and daddy... even in front of their friends. I ask DS when he was going to start calling me mums and he said, "Never!" We are not Jewish or in N London!

But the Tappers are!

A great episode last night, I thought.

Excellent programme choices and the goggleboxers were on good form. I'm now wishing I'd watched Line of Duty - looked good.

Good to see Mr Tapper back (I think he was back last week actually?) and I loved Miss Tapper's admission that she wanted to be in a tribe (accompanied by some tribal moves/chant)

We've put line of duty on record because of seeing it on gogglebox!
Even that tiny clip had us calling out at the tv!

Also loved Miss T's tribal moves/ chanting!

I do wish they would stop showing that dogs might fly programme, even having to watch it through gogglebox is painful. It's so SO AWFUL!

I couldn't really understand what she was saying at first....they seem a bit bland?

Getting a bit bored of Sandy and Sandra now, wish we saw more of Steph and Dom these days!

I'm bored of Sandy and Sandra too, also Izzy and Ellie.

Also couldn't understand the Glaswegian lass and i'm pretty good at regional accents - why no subtitles ?
But overall,think i'm getting bored with this now - its getting more about the family domestic stuff than the shouting at the tv bits.
