Sport Relief Bake Off tonight

Anyone going to watch?
I'm wondering if Sam Cam is saying 'well you can stay up but you must have your jammies on and teeth brushed first'.

Yes, I watched last night - was glad that Ed Balls didn't win. What a boring man he is.

Chuckled a lot at Chris's surfer!

Next week is Geri Horner (is that Ginger Spice?) John Simpson (David Attenborough look-a-like?!) Jermaine Jenas (no idea) Louise Redknapp

Ahh John Simpson! That's who it was. I was having difficulty picturing David Attenborough baking a tray of chelsea buns.

I wasn't really up for anyone in last night's programme although Chris was definitely the most entertaining with his corpse cake.

Would have been better if they'd had someone fun on, instead of Ed. Also Jennifer Saunders seemed out of place as presenter I thought.

I actually liked Ed Balls - I thought he came over quite well. IMO politicians who go on entertainment programmes either do well, or do really, really badly - and I thought he was in the former camp.

I thought his ski jump cake was good, but the mountain climbing cake was definitely the best.

What I liked most about the show, though, was Mary's face when she tried Victoria's Bloody Mary muffins - that was priceless! Grin

I thought the mountain caked looked good but personally I hate anything with fondant icing on it. I'd have preferred a slice of Ed's cake*

Nice fella, intelligent and articulate.

Chris Kamara was great value test.

I thought Ed came over well, was really laughing at them all necking the voddie at VC's kitchen. Also he was quite twinkly at the beginning until his competitive side kicked in.

I expected Victoria to be better, but she did get best pies :o I think if she had gone less zany Bloody Mary and Sea Salt everywhere she'd have won.

Pah to whoosit that won, I did not care for her in Strictly either.

I also thought SamCam came over very well last week...although she was no Sarah Brown.

Well I wasn't watching that closely, maybe I missed Ed's best bits as he seems to be getting a lot of praise on here! To me he seemed dull and totally lacking a sense of humour
