I know this is on tomorrow night but since I had such a good time watching The X Factor on here, thought it would be good fun to start a thread so we can enjoy the fun together! So this year we have both Boy George and Faith Paloma as judges ( both of whom I think will be great fun! ) as well as the bonkers Will i am and the lovely Ricky ( can't remember his name ) from Kasabian.

I have failed at dry January already. A couple of years ago, I was sober during the whole Voice series (until the final- it was my sister's 40th).

It was hell..

Its hard. Im not a heavy drinker, but a glass of wine goes down well on a saturday night! Saving a few bob though.

The 26th of January,or close to it, is meant to be the worst day of the year. Think it's to do with all the Christmas bills arriving etc.

How was Christmas for all of you?

Hello all! Well I'll be drinking Prosecco tomorrow night, still got some left over from Xmas. Do find these shows ( and threads ) go much better with a bit of booze.
( and sod the new Gvt guidelines on drinking, bloody killjoys..! )

My Voice Snack is usually Mini Eggs and lager.
I might be daring and go for something different this year.

When im back on the wine i will dip my ready salted crisps in, winey crisps are the best. If the government want to preach, they should get shot of their discount bars and gentlemen clubs in Westminter. Cant see that happening.

My spelling always let me down, even with spellchecker / modern technology etc.

I won't be watching simply because I can't bear Paloma's accent. Horrid of me I know as I like her music but her voice grinds my gears.

I prefer Paloma talking to singing! I always think of Palma violet sweets when i see her name written down.
I always liked Boy George's voice though, but its probably not as good these days. Not heard him or Ricky sing anything for years thinking about it.. ( out of touch)
