CALLING NIGELLA FANS

jenk1 · 06/12/2006 12:54

she,s on tonight at 8pm on BBC2

Nigella is back in her kitchen at a time when the nights are drawing in and most of us are up for a bit of extended kitchen work. As always Nigella's mantra is that cooking should be fun, if it becomes stressful then you're not doing it right.

In these three pre Christmas programmes Nigella lays out her philosophy for not only coping with but actively enjoying

No this is the Cola one

she liked her hams that Nigella!

shouldbedeckingthehalls · 06/12/2006 21:22

Hopelessly vague with quantities- it's as though she's just taunting us with the suggestion that we could cook it but will never quite know how...

hotmulledwinemama · 06/12/2006 21:22

Watched it and taped it!

Also thought - I want that ham pan!

I also thought her kids have grown up - but also thought 'God Nigellas hips have gone through a growth phase again' how does she do all her growing and shrinking - she doesn't look like a woman who would contenance any dieting malarky!

I have a little le creuset pan which is perfect for the glaze
I never saw the ham being cooked (was putting dd to bed) so never saw that pan but it looks sexy almost

Gillian76 · 06/12/2006 21:27

I missed it and DH (with his new Sony DVD recorder) didn't tape it

Is it repeated?

MerryPiffmas · 06/12/2006 21:27

£85 for that pot mind you

And I've not got the hips to stand behind it and enhance its beauty
Mind you eat enough of her bloody recipes and I might

I was hoping for late night BBC 3 or something. Never mind. Remind me next week, will you?

Ilovestnicholas · 06/12/2006 22:54

Only Nigella could have a voluptuous, bootylicious ham pan - a mere snip at £85

housemum · 06/12/2006 22:58

Does Nigella have any nice jugs on her website??!!

Am going to watch the programme tonight feeling all smug and festive, tree all lit up and festive, with Christmas mini-muffins and a cuppa! (Until I find out it didn't record or something!!)

housemum · 06/12/2006 22:58

Home-made muffins, of course...

caffeinequeen · 06/12/2006 23:07

Has anyone seen any of the tealight-holding baubles that were on her tree? I quite fancy some.
