Morning what a hoot reading thru yesterday thread of LC on BBC.
I must find time to watch that today.

Hot and sunny here this evening.

Twins start nursery tomorrow for half a day so will be again labeling school uniforms. I'll have to pack lots of spare ones as boys are bound to soak themselves with water within 10 minutes of walking through the door.

Went shopping today and endured the sheer pisstakery of self service tills.

Crikey, I can't be doing with this working lark. It really interferes with the far more important business of keeping up with this thread.

Didn't manage to watch LCL, but from what I've gleaned from your educational commentary, it sounds as if there's not enough S, let alone QS. Also, don't remember the book ending having Mellor and Constance riding off into the sunset happily. I'd prefer Sean Ward as Mellors I think (Madden is a bit stumpy for my liking) but will try and watch it on catch up, even if it's only to fast forward and freezeframe the bits pixie 'enjoyed'!

couldn't agree more orphan . Very slim pickings on the low slung combats front at Families Day but I did get to play at Molly when I sat in Herc & A400!
As for LCL, more TS (tame) than QS!

Caught up with LCL today. The sex was a bit meh, although the whole thing was better than I was expecting. Don't fancy RM, but having said that, his curls are glorious!

Labeling twins uniforms. For some reason I keep thinking the trousers aren't going to fit the boys when it comes to them actually wearing them as their legs are so small! I don't know why I'm so nervous for tomorrow. I think it feels like such a big step.

I wonder if the Raff has gone to Devon with BA as her Instagram/Twitter's gone quiet since he left the other day. Could be just coincidence I suppose.

Great new story from greenstuff. Not sure if you've seen it........ How on earth does she come up with all these different scenarios?

My new colleague had also watched Lady Chatterley last night. She had apparently done it as an English Literature set text and said she only watched about half of it before switching off. She reckoned the dramatisation had been rushed and it should have been in at least two episodes. It did make me laugh - it reminded me of OG and how we said there should have been a sixth episode. (Not that she has any idea of my obsession, despite CJ popping up on my screensaver every so often).

Watched some of Lewis tonight - OMG how young does BA look? I only watched it for him and kept skipping bits.

I haven't watched Lewis yet ilove. I recorded it but yeah he does look young on the bits I've seen.

Having a sit down. Sorted boys bags for tomorrow but they need a couple more bits of uniform. I should've bought 5 sets each really so I haven't got to wash uniform in the week. I'll nip to ASDS tomorrow and hope they've got some left.

I see Poldark won Best New Drama at TV Choice Awards tonight. Its a shame OG didn't get nominated for any major awards last year.

I watched the first bit of LCL last night as DS also wanted to watch the 2nd bit of Ray Winstone program! But from yiur comments I'm guessing the quality of QS is not to the standards we are used to.

SIL over from Australia so all out for dinner tonight, bit late for a "school night" but at least I didn't have to cook.

When is the funeral Richtea? Apologies if you've already said and I've missed your posting. There has been such a lot going on here over the past week or so.

It's friday. Dreading it, DH has a big family and incredibly dysfunctional one at that. Plenty of crossed words have been said in the last few weeks and DH and I are trying to stay out of it.

I always think things like a death can bring out the best or worst in people. I remember when my Dad died having a discussion with my Mum as to whether or not we told his sister (who he had not spoken to for about 12 years). In the end, we decided not to do so until after the funeral because she is the type to have turned up at the funeral and made a scene. We were right not to tell her - when we did, she reacted pretty much as we had predicted. I do feel for you, I really do.

That must of been really difficult for you.

I think it's so sad because really this is a time to grieve and reflect on a life, but all they are doing is bickering. I wish we could ban one of DHs brothers from the funeral! His only back in our lives because he thinks there might be some money! He obviously doesn't realise how much care homes cost, there won't be a penny!

At the same time as my Mum died, my best friend's father died two days previously. One thing about being an only child is that all the decisions are yours, like it or lump it, but there's nobody to argue with. My friend and her sister and two brothers argued time and time again. I think it was one of the sisters in law who caused the most trouble - all she was after was the will and the money! She told my friend's mother in the end "You can stick your f***g money". When they found the wiill, it had all been left to my friend's mother anyway (and I guess she knew this all along).

I remember my solicitor telling me when I was sorting things out after the funeral that he has lost count of the numbers of times families have fallen out around his table and it was almost always about money.

Thinking of you at this really difficult time rich.

Hope all goes well kelly, feel for you, I used to get so knotted at any new start. ice don't forget to pack the kitchen sink! Canada with CJ - lovely :) Imagine if you were actually on the flight with BA, is there a chance he might be going back out for more Reign, or is that done now?
