Tonight is puddings. I am most annoyed as I have to go to a meeting which has thoughtlessly been arranged to clash with the programme.

I made a Lemon Meringue Pie for the first time today (see braggy photo). I'm going to use this to make DH let me watch the show in real time without him complaining about it.

I've just been and bought a Victoria sponge so I'm ready and waiting!

Creme brulee is my favourite dessert. Too scared of mucking up to make my own.

The lemon meringue is fabulous.
