Just saw a clip of this on Facebook and it says it's showing from 23rd August. Does anyone know if we can see in here? Need a zombie fix til TWD comes back!

To get AMC you pay bt,not sky. You cant even sign up to recieve it on the sky website as far as I can see. BT are trying to boost their market share for tv using the channel, which considering it's big shows are one new series and 2 major series (mad men and breaking bad) that were first shown about 10 years ago is stupid.

I posted a link to watch up the thread for those of you having trouble, been working fine for me with all episodes available.

iamaboveandBeyond · 25/09/2015 07:44

Anyone seen e4 yet? (I have)

i use coke and popcorn to stream (warning, lots of pop ups) on ipad/ps4 or download a torrent and watch using plex on the ps4

iamaboveandBeyond · 25/09/2015 07:45

Oh and we have bt sports on sky which comes with amc, but not in bloody hd. So i download it anyway (also means i can watch a few hours earlier)

vvviola · 25/09/2015 09:38

We forgot, and now DH is away til Monday, so I can't watch it til then (because a: not fair to watch without him and b: sure as hell not watching it when I'm alone & kids in bed!)

LBOCS2 · 26/09/2015 13:55

I saw it earlier in the week. I felt like it was a bit of a 'nothing' episode.

WickedGirl · 26/09/2015 21:58

I have, e4 wasn't quite as fast paced or enticing but I will still keep watching.

Monroe · 26/09/2015 22:57

Just watching now. Thing is I haven't really warmed to any of the main characters so far so wouldn't be bothered if any of them bump into a hungry walker.

I'll definitely keep watching but it takes the tension out of it a bit.

iamaboveandBeyond · 27/09/2015 10:37

It was a slow one. But then i thought there was only one season planned, but turns out that (after the "walkers on a plane" webisodes) there is actually a second one, and possibly even more. So i was waiting for six episodes to then be 'the end', but theres loads to go yet :)

Blondeshavemorefun · 27/09/2015 12:51

mrs I tried couchtuner.la but as usual they ask for credit card details even tho they say they won't lay payment

So why do they need them?

So I refuse to give them

Still need to see e2 :( let alone 3&4

iamaboveandBeyond · 27/09/2015 12:56

Blondes

www.cokeandpopcorn.ch/free-tv-streaming-watch-fear-the-walking-dead-season-1-episode-2-online.php

click on "internet links", nowvid and gorillavid both def work on my iPad, but failing that, click through the tabs. Make sure you close any sneaky ads that pop up, there will be an 'x' in one of the top corners but it might not be obvious.

mrsleomcgary · 27/09/2015 18:40

Sorry cant help there blondes,it's never asked me for any. The friend who advised that site got me to download an ad blocker and use google chrome which might help? (clutching at straws)

Good episode, back to the slow pace which isnt necessarily a bad thing but hoping it picks up again.

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/09/2015 16:30

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/09/2015 16:34

It's English but has think Spanish subtilises but I can ignore those

JustRosieHere · 30/09/2015 13:32

I really want to like this but I'm getting a bit bored already.

MsAdorabelleDearheartVonLipwig · 03/10/2015 20:56

Is anyone still watching?

Just seen episode five, again on YouTube. Sometimes it has subtitles, sometimes it's a pretty good picture. Can always find it on there somewhere.

Is it me or did it go from 'people are rioting in the streets and some of them don't look too well' to 'the city is dead and we are the only survivors'? There seemed to be a bit of a jump in the storyline. I was expecting a bit more denial and confusion and shock. They seemed to go from confusion in episode three to acceptance in episode four without much storyline in between.

DontOpenDeadInside · 04/10/2015 21:43

I think there are a few more series to be made yet. They are meant to do a crossover with TWD at some point (FTWD jumps ahead in time) TWD must start soon if this weeks is the last episode?

DontOpenDeadInside · 04/10/2015 21:45

Answered my own question, 11th October :)

MsAdorabelleDearheartVonLipwig · 04/10/2015 22:33
Grin

Surely now though it's just going to turn into another TWD? Survivors trying to survive without much clue as to what's going on or how it started? Or is it just to show how the population gradually got smaller? And came to accept the changes. I think they still think it's going to get better.

Writtenbyme · 05/10/2015 14:44

I really enjoyed the series. And I like how it ended - we know who is left and an idea of their plan for season 2 (which is different to anything they have done in TWD).

Looking forward to the return of Rick & co though!

MsAdorabelleDearheartVonLipwig · 05/10/2015 16:49

Oh god me too. Grin

mrsleomcgary · 05/10/2015 21:33

Just watched the last episode,it was SO GOOD!

Love the 'big piece' they did, love the direction they're clearly going. Been a bit up and down but overall a great season and cant wait for the next one.

Now...time for Daryl #daryldiesweriot

QueenStromba · 06/10/2015 11:26

SPOILERS:

I really enjoyed it. I always felt that Rick waking up in the hospital several weeks after it all kicked off was a bit of a cop out. I really liked the opening scene with the walkers and the abandoned church - made it seem like we were well into the ZA but then everything was normal. I loved the kid at school who knew what was coming and was totally ignored by everyone.

I found the differences in how quickly the different characters adapted to their new reality very interesting. Salazar was straight in with the face shooting whereas Travis really wanted to hold on to the idea that they were still people who could be saved. Everyone had already adapted or died by the time Rick woke up and there were already walkers that were very clearly undead - this coupled with Rick's pragmatism meant that he got into the brain bashing swing pretty quickly.

We heard through the Alexandrians how the army had stepped in but then became overrun and it was nice to actually see that this time around. We had the 'crap, all of our neighbours are zombies' moment a few episodes in and it looked like our protagonists were going to start running Walking Dead style but then the army turns up and everything sort of gets back to normal for a while (Adorabelle - I think there's a few days gap between the army turning up at the end of an episode and the start of the next episode which explains the jump from a few riots to everybody's dead). I'd have liked to see a slower decline of the army's grip on things but it was probably a good call to have things as they were since some people were finding it boring.

I liked how they rescued the rest of their group from the army base. I wonder if there's going to be some angst about that next series or if they've all toughened up now.

NaughtyRed82 · 07/10/2015 03:00

Just watched the last episode and what gets me wondering is after Nick stole the old mans clothes in the hospital so he could escape, how come he never got changed into his own stuff once back home?!! He's had time to sleep, play monopoly with his mom and sister and oh we also saw him in the swimming pool at one point and yet he's suppose to have chose to put some horrid old mans clothes back on again after instead of his own clean fresh stuff lol Hmm Grin
