episode 4 is the one where the woman who sun shot dies and they pretend to put the pacemaker in saywer.

We thought that they were capturing people because the island has healing properties so they didn't want anyone to leave and teel the rest of the world about the island, but the tumor has completely blown that theory out of the water!

Even Jack has been marginally less annoying this series. Though I still want to strangle KAte. How could she be in cage for that long and not notice easily escapable bars at top.
