Can't believe how Gary is treating kristina/amber -to me he is trying to keep them both sweet & keeping his options open!

Also not looking forward to farrah being back-she's such a diva & the production staff bend over backwards for her as the last episode showed on wed night.

I love Teen Mom OG! I started watching when 16 & pregnant first aired and have followed since.

Really feel for Farrah, she has had a shit time of it and gets slated constantly. Now unfortunately Sophia will be taking in the same instability and family issues.

With the original shows she was painted as the spoilt rich kid with the non-existant partner and it wasnt until TM that we found out what actually happened to Derek and how it affected Farrah and the impact her Mother had on her behaviour by brushing his death aside, she never got the support so is it any wonder she went off the rails?

I can understand she's upset by being pushed out of TM then being brought back, why is she suddenly good enough? I suspect its to make interesting TV since the others are settling down now. I don't understand why she went back if she was unhappy about it though.

Love Catelynn and Tyler and whilst I think they absolutely did the right thing for Carly I think they need to take a step back and realise that in most aspects they are not her parents anymore so Tyler in particular has been quite unreasonable about the whole video/photo sharing argument. Hopefully with the talk things were smoothed over and now they have Nova-Rayne they seem like such doting parents which is lovely.

I did cry when Brandon & Teresa gifted them some of Carly's things, what an amazing gesture :)

Gary & Amber are toxic, hoping that she can finally sort herself out and if her public persona is genuine then it'd be amazing if she regained custody of Leah at some point as personally (purely based on Gary's on screen behaviour throughout) I feel that he is a very manipulative man and continually uses her past against her and refuses to admit or acknowledge his wrong doings.

Ryan is just a complete tosser and from the first screening to now he is showing less and less interest in Bentley, I'm so glad that his Father is there to be a positive role model to his Grandson. Maci seems like a very devoted Mother and hopefully things will be settled for them in the future.

Gary has an evil smile and seems quite manipulative. His also gotten huge. His a good dad, although I was when he said to Leah the new baby was a mistake but he would look after it like he did her ( or words to that effect)

I do feel sorry for Tyler and Caitlynn, they must feel under enormous pressure to be this perfect couple, and they have already been through things that would split a lot of couples up at such a young age. The wider family environment seems pretty dysfunctional too. I think they're great people though, and so strong as individuals to come out of things the way they have.

I don't know about catelynn and Tyler. Felt so sorry for catelynn when Tyler posted the pictures and she was telling him it was a terrible idea but he wouldn't listen. They could have easily lost contact with Carly over that which is clearly so important to them. Could not understand Tyler's reasoning at all. I hope he doesn't behave like that generally!

Maxi does strike me as particularly lovely as well. Ryan is just awful. Actually the whole set up really reminds me of a woman I know in real life so maybe that's why I like her so much!

I was just about to start a thread when I found this! I love Teen Mom! I didn't watch it first time around but have been watching the new series and am now going back through old episodes!

There's obviously been a lot going on between maci and Ryan's parents - at one time they were pushing him for court etc but now they are really close with her and really happy about the baby. I feel really sorry for Ryan's parents.

Oh I love it too, I've followed all of the 16s and TMs. I really struggle (and did even pre DC) to watch Catelynn and Tyler's 16 episode, it was just absolutely heart breaking. Although I must say, I think Tyler is coming across not so well in the OG episodes. He seems quite controlling and I wasn't impressed by him posting the pics of Carly when clearly Catelynn was against it. He also keeps going on about her weight gain. But they do seem like a lovely couple and I'm sure that it's the editing that's adding to the effect.

I've read online (I'm cool like that..!) that Kristina actually had an affair with Gary that broke up her previous marriage! The mind boggles!

Ryan seems to have got even worse, but I've always thought he is absolutely gorgeous!! Not that it excuses him of course. He seems, out of everyone, the least pleased about the return of the cameras so I wonder if that is adding to the general grumpiness.

Why was Farah cut from TM?

Because mtv though she sets a bad example due to her porn career.

I think Amber is currently holding it together pretty well considering the unbelievable provocation she is on the end of from the horrendous Gary. Really hope she gets more custody of Leah.

Tyler comes across as pretty controlling I think but he also seems quite self aware and Catelynn seems to know how to "manage" him so it doesn't get out of hand.

Maci is better person than me I would have given up on Ryan a long time ago. I think though that her good relationship with his parents also contributes to her wanting to keep trying. Ryan's parents are under no illusions as to what a dipstick he is are they?

Farah annoys me but her Mum is horrifically toxic so I try to sympathise.

Thanks Dionysus. I hadn't heard about that. I'd say that Catelynn has had a hard time of it but seems a lit more grounded (maybe because if Tyler).

Maci doesn't seem to be doing well with her money, maybe she has used it on her education.

I don't think it was just Farrah's porn career, she had quite a public breakdown with her Mother too and was emotionally unstable.

Why does it seem the other teen mom's are not happy that farrah is coming back - was there an argument between them all at some point?

Farrah has never really spoken to the others as she felt her situation didn't relate to theirs and she has publically bitched about all of them for various reasons. She has also been very patronising and condescending towards them.

She has slagged them all off on twitter and in magazines.

Has anyone been watching the OG closer look thing that's on afterwards sometimes?

Farrah was on it a few weeks ago and demanded that she get her talk as an individual whereas the others were in a group, she also bitched about the others then completely blanked them as she passed them in a narrow corridor backstage.

I am so glad I found this thread! I love all the teen moms/16 and pregants. Maci is my favourite and agree that Ryan is a total shit although he is a stunning man. I read an interview with one of the producers who said Ryan wasn't too happy about the cameras coming back but that secretly he loves it. Maci has just given birth to a little girl (I think she is called jayde) and she seems like someone who is really together.

Gary is vile, he treats both Amber and Kristina like shit. He makes me feel physically sick. He loves the cameras and he's even got his own range of condoms.

Farrah is completely messed up. However that is no excuse to be such a nasty person. She has been like this since 16 and pregnant, she will never change

Love Tyler and Caitlyn but think she is more into him then her. There's been a few times over the years that he has said he's had his doubts but hopefully with the new baby and the wedding it will all be ok. Feel sorry for Carly's parents though, they were probably so desperate to become parents they agreed to be filmed never knowing how big the show would become!
