I need somewhere to vent about David and Corinne!!!

I don't like Ash and DooDah either.

I watched MKR UK before I saw the real one. I'd love more but Australian one is the best.

Ash and Camilla rainicorn, they are a bit up themselves aren't they, but I have a feeling the mum and daughter team will be worse, the faces they pull at every meal says a lot.

The couple at the bottom of the leader board are not taking it well at all, their score tonight was mean, but I do like them

Lynzey and her dad were great, I wanted to scoff their food, and they are nice people I think, also Pete said (once again) its what they want in the competition, home cooks cooking the food they can and like, not what they think they can cook

If I was on the show they would have soup, shepherds pie and viennetta

I really don't like the mean attitude of some of the contestants. One set of arseholes is bad enough - there are at least three that I don't like (so far). Mum and daughter should be interesting.

Yeah there are a few meanies this year. And I'm not keen on the Disney couple either. Hope the next round of contestants has some nicer folk.

I'm finally back in the country and now on episode 2.

The socialite two (are they sisters?) are the meanies aren't they? Anyone else get the idea the curly blonde one thinks she's got a sexy pout? She reminds me of someone I knew who is an actress (unknown!!) which is messing with my head as she was a lovely person!!!

I'm laughing at the "Disney Couple" label as I read that after I'd seen the first episode and wondered who you were referring too. Then when I turned on episode two I spotted it straight away!! Keep thinking they'll break into song.

Don't think they're sisters. Ash (curly haired one) is really annoying me how she keeps tossing her hair/head back and trying to pout. I hope she calms down a bit.

Ha ha!! Just realised that I got the idea they were sisters because Ellenora5 wrote up thread "Ash and Camilla rainicorn" and I though she was writing their full names, I know realise she was just telling you Rainicorn what their names were.

I'm watching Anna and mum now. Was the Annie and Lloyd restaurant a disaster? I'm gathering they are in last position

Annie and Lloyds wasn't that great. No flavour and a whole load of her simpering and going all doe eyed at the judges critique.

Anyone else make instant judgements of the couples during the brief introductions?

I've already decided who I like and dislike from this second group.

Though for the most part I like them.

I'm judging the mother/daughter team this round. Anyone who declares themselves hysterical and funny usually isn't and a try-too-hard, and so far I'm right. She's just not funny.

I'm liking Thors cousin for the eye candy though.

It's tennis man that got my judgement.

Mum/daughter are 'fun' though. THEY ARE FUN - Got it.

Felt sorry for the two Asian girls and the couple with the cheesecake. I was yelling a the TV, you've forgotten the raspberries.

Mum/daughter night is going to be a good one. Good in either they'll be amazing or really bad. They are so opinionated about how things should be aren't they

There is usually a battle on the last night that they take back to Kitchen HQ. I'm hoping it's close and they go but I think Thor and the other fella will go.

I really enjoy MKR but Australia is now a nation of up-speakers, it's everywhere and it drives me mad!

The cousins are particularly notable up speakers aren't they? One of them even sounds as if she's doing a phoney Australian accent in which she's over emphasising the AQI!!

I'll be quite frank. The mother and daughters food did not look attractive, I could even say unappealing.

I would advise them if they were to open a restursant to not have a picture menu and use low wattage bulbs.

Was anyone else concerned there might be need of an ambulance? The mum did not look well at all (and I'm not being flippant)

Their food looked like something you'd get from an all you can eat buffet at an all inclusive resort abroad. Why was it all brow? All three courses?

OMG this couple. I'd have stabbed Drasko well before dessert. What a twat. Is he an Aussie hipster? The menu was a bit ambitious.

Lol, I was swearing at the tv. Every time he insisted on an extra little touch that ruined he meal I could feel my blood pressure rising.

I loved the English guy saying "Do I make you horny". Colin got a great laugh out of that.

He's a right plonker isn't he? I think he believes he's so destined to be a brilliant chef that he's doing all this amazing things. But in the real world he's actually messing it up completely.
