I need somewhere to vent about David and Corinne!!!

I haven't watched tonight's yet. The bottom three scores went against three new gate-crashing teams. I'm not sure how they decide which team goes first, its usually decided by the producers.

The couple tonight gave up their jobs and everything to be on MKR??

I love this programme. I record it and watch when the DCs go to bed. David is AWFUL! and I'm none too keen on the girls that have travelled a lot either.

I wish they'd bring back the UK version.

Unless you could take a sabbatical, I would imagine you'd have to leave your job. Australia is massive so travel would be a pita.

I actually hate David, proper hate.

So glad they got such a bad score!! Fingers crossed the Mum and Daughter do well tonight (Although I'm not fussed on them) So that David and Corinne go away!

In fact you couldn't have asked for a better worse night for them if you'd have written it as a piece if fiction.

Not loving the mother and daughter but they are more bearable than David and Trophy Wife, also the Well Travelled Friends delight a little too much in others failures for me to warm to them.

Mother and daughter may have won me over just because of the comment about David not having sophisticated tastes in food. It's funny because it's true!!

He's going to go on and on and on about the rare meat isn't he (I'm currently just at the beginning of tonight's episode) and i do hope that he gets informed that how it's supposed to be.

I know I'm talking to myself but two things:

1. How is any of the food still hot by the time anyone gets to eat it?
2. Are vegetarians banned from competing on MKR?

I thought that about the food. They faff about, bring it out then have to wait for Pete and Manu to tuck in a give feedback! It'll be stone cold surely?

The timings get me sometimes. There was a 3 hour wait between the boys starter and main the other night. What do they all talk about while waiting and do Pete and Manu sit there all the time as well? For some reason I keep imagining Manu sneaking out for a crafty ciggy!

Oh, and David "we call Champagne 'shampoo' ".

I wanted to jab him in the eye. With a fork. Hard.

I think he may have said shampoopoo at one point.

His comments about 'the old woman' being old where just perplexing. He's the same age I'd have thought!

So can relate to the urge to eye jab. I considered going to Australia to give him a smack around the chops. There is a slight chance though I'd have lost the desire, or it'd at least diminish during the flight.

I can't believe David was actually going on about how 'tired' the old woman looked, and Corinne mentioned having a 'Nana nap'. Cathy Lisle is 55 or so (according to the internet) and he's 54!

Omg I am so glad they have gone! Those comments He was making about Cathy looking old and tired were just so rude!
I often think that about the Food. Never wondered about a Veggie....till now though!
Sometimes they do snaps of the Table, when there all talking and the Food is taking too long. But they don't show Pete and Manu. So I don't think there always there, but I wonder where they go!
And Cathy at the end going 'I'm shocked that there not going to give us our Results till tomorrow' Really Love? Have you not watched the other 4 Series!?

David was odiius but dear God, that meat was rare! The starter, ok, but the lamb was ridiculous.

The apple pie looked awesome.

Just caught up with the episodes from this week, thank goodness David and Corrine are gone, they're last round was dreadful, I'm not too keen on the mother and daughter team but they might get nicer, I think naughty Nana is going to annoy me a little bit, loved the breakfast challenge but Harry and christo need to speed things up, felt sorry for Uel and his wife, they are lovely.

Yes mother and daughter aren't too likeable. I keep swinging between which one I don't mind. Don't know Australia at all, but David kept on about them being snobs. Are they from a 'posh' part of Australia?

The 'well travelled friends' is like to see go. They probably won't though. I wouldn't be surprised if the newly married couple are gone after the sudden death.

There's as many in it I'm liking as I find annoying though. Thankfully.

Chloe & Kelly now are topping my most disliked card.

I know they're totally giving me the rage. Ridiculously bitchy and they're gonna be so smug after getting told they had the best dish!

They are horrible, I though Ashlee and Sophia were nasty but these two are really bitchy, I was so happy for the winners, Carly really fell apart though in that round.

Living "on a property" means that you own a reasonable parcel of land on which your house stands. Not sure how big it has to be to equal "a property" but there you go.

I had to google David and Corinne to be reminded of who he was (2014 series, we've had another since then) and yes, he was an 'orrible smug git.

Chloe and Kelly were utterly loathsome. I won't tell you how far they got (you could google to see anyway if you wanted spoilers) but your loathing will grow and grow, if you're like me

Oh no. Now I suspect they'll be in it for ages. Similar to the two 'baabe' horrors in the last series. I shall prepare myself for the revulsion I'll feel as they celebrate others doing badly and being eliminated. Ugh!!

Don't think so, pretty sure it's an Aussie thing.

Have you caught House Rules yet? It's similar but with home renovation. It's hilarious! It's only on series 3 I think (can't remember ) but is also quite captivating - couples who work on each others' homes in turn, each home done in a week, couples doing different zones in the houses. See if you can find it if you like MKR!
