I'm not enjoying this series quite as much as the other two. I think it's because I don't find the Amy story that engaging. I've never seen Sir Lenny act before and I know he's a fairly respected stage actor but he's not good in this.

But it is entertaining so I'll be watching it tonight.

I thought tonight's was good - not sure what's going on with Amy. Presumably her mum & dad would give her money, she wouldn't need to fake a kidnapping so very bizarre?? If forced, I'd put my money on the son or one of the Americans but really no idea

Amy's in on the whole kidnap thing, with the posh stepson. That's my theory anyway.

Amy is definitely behind it, maybe with the American. There must be some reason he hasn't been seen.

The dad (Amy's) is also looking pretty shifty, could he be involved at all? A few too many sub plots for me but I also think the dodgy stepson is involved!

Oh I'm glad that I wasn't the only one finding it complete sh** last night. Ridiculous plot twists. The cook and the lord of the manor were shagging and yet have since lived together for over 25 years and never discussed the parentage of her daughter...!!?
