I wonder if some of the people who have died but not turned are hints that some people are immune from the virus, or what ever it is that zombiefies everyone else.
It would be interesting to find out a bit more about why it's all happened too, especially as it's just humans that have got it - at the moment.

Rosieliveson · 19/03/2015 19:31

Didn't Noah kill his brother with a model aeroplane?

FireflyChild · 19/03/2015 19:36

Well Noah's mum had a head wound so that's why she wasn't a zombie. Also that researcher or doctor guy told Rick that everyone carries the virus.

It would yeah, but it's never addressed in the comic so I just can't see it happening.

NaughtyRed82 · 20/03/2015 04:06

blondeshavemorefun haven't they got a pushchair for Judith in Alexandria now, I'm sure in the second to last episode she was being pushed in one by Carl when he was trolling about with her and then Rick last site of them and started running and having a panic and then saw they were with the elderly couple. Sure she was in a white pushchair then weren't she??
I seem to remember it like that, would certainly save lumping her around everywhere lol

Aridane · 20/03/2015 06:25

YNaughtyRed is right. - Coral was showing off Judith, and Rick was losing his shit

Aridane · 20/03/2015 06:29

Showing off Judith in a pushchair

TheVolatileMolatov · 20/03/2015 07:02

I don't understand why none of the corpses weren't in such a horrible state that it knocked you back as soon as you opened the door.

I think it had happened really recently - remember the timeline is actually deceivingly short. Things like the actor playing Carl ageing gives us a distorted view.

I'm hoping the spin off series, as it isn't bound by the comics in the same way, might delve into the why, how, where to a bit more.

Blondeshavemorefun · 20/03/2015 07:41

naughtyred must have missed that. She always seems to be carried about

All the cars the steal and houses they go into - ESP when raising them for nappies and milk in early days of Judith's life - why didn't they take a buggy

OstentatiousBreastfeeder · 20/03/2015 07:51

I imagine it would be safer to sling her or carry here for easy getaways/hiding.

I wonder how much longer they're going to be able to claim that cars still drive. Where are they getting their fresh, non-degraded petrol from?

MrsPeabody · 20/03/2015 09:53

What is the time line now? How long has it been since Rick woke up?

OstentatiousBreastfeeder · 20/03/2015 10:31

TV show timeline

OstentatiousBreastfeeder · 20/03/2015 10:32

That puts it at about 1.5 years since the ZA began.

DontOpenDeadInside · 20/03/2015 10:56

Surely Judith is older than 9 months? The ZA had started before Rick woke up. Lori gets pg after he wakes up. 9 months pg then Judith looks about 13-15 months?

BooChunky · 20/03/2015 11:02

Judith looks about 1 doesn't she?

OstentatiousBreastfeeder · 20/03/2015 11:05

Judith's age confuses me, one minute she's looking like an 8 month old, jerky head movements and able to sleep in a small cardboard box, the next a robust toddler!

DontOpenDeadInside · 20/03/2015 11:12

Also it says from the power going out in the hospital to Rick waking up is 36 days. Surely he would have died of starvation/hunger?

DontOpenDeadInside · 20/03/2015 11:14

I meant starvation/thirst.

BreakingDad77 · 20/03/2015 11:22

True Dontopen any drips/back up batteries would have run out

limitedperiodonly · 20/03/2015 11:54

DontOpenDeadInside OT but when I see your name on the show it always makes me chuckle.

DH would long ago been walker food because in his head a warning like that comes with another message that the rest of us can't see, which is: 'But don't take our word for it. Go ahead and check for yourself.'

OstentatiousBreastfeeder · 20/03/2015 12:02

Agreed. Drip bags generally don't last more than a day, so he'd have died whilst in a coma for that long! Plot hooole.

DontOpenDeadInside · 20/03/2015 12:44

Agree it just makes the show a bit unrealistic ;)

OstentatiousBreastfeeder · 20/03/2015 12:53
Grin
BreakingDad77 · 20/03/2015 13:28

I mean exactly zombies are a given but the drip thing is just beyond the realms of fiction tbh. Grin

MrsPeabody · 20/03/2015 14:06

Maybe someone was looking after him in the hospital? There could be an unknown side story of someone feeding him, cleaning him and then returning to find he has disappeared.

DontOpenDeadInside · 20/03/2015 14:55

I guess they could MrsPeabody. In one of the webisodes there was someone there "helping" people by euthanasing them. But doubt she would have kept him alive. Plus the trolley Shane put there was still in place outside the door.
