Oh, I will look of the game of thrones blog. Thought that one was good as she had appreciation for Daryl's finer points Grin

MichonnesSamuraiSword · 18/03/2015 11:45

That blog was brilliant, really loved it. Thanks for sharing MrsP

I reckon Deanna will have an initial doubt / crisis about Rick's motives, but remember she said she was excellent at reading people...? Surely she will see straight through Gabriel - remember they interviewed all of them, so they must have interviewed him at the beginning too. He's clearly batshit crazy.

So I reckon she might doubt them for a bit, but will ally herself with them in the end.

But there has to be a reason for Darryl having left the compound - he's bound to come in to a shitstorm only to save the day.

Only 2 more episodes to go... how will we resolve all the questions in 2 eps!! aargh!

MichonnesSamuraiSword · 18/03/2015 11:50

Oh and also, how gorgeous is Alexandria? I'm looking at that interactive walkthrough link - those houses are to die for.

To DIE for, dun dun duuuuun (reckon Rick's group will fight to keep control of the place?)

limitedperiodonly · 18/03/2015 11:58

I'd be scared by Fr Gabriel and would say anything to get him the fuck out of my house, which she seemed to do. For the first time in the history of Alexandria I'd be locking it too.

I thought Rick might also turn the lock when Dr Stella Artois left. You got a good look at it, but maybe Rick isn't scared.

I think Deanna will lash out when she finds out Aiden is dead. She kind of entrusted his safety to Glenn when she thanked him for slapping him down. It seemed a compliment but it's too much of a responsibility. She should have taken Aiden off the sorties for everyone's benefit, even if that meant putting another one of Rick's family in charge.

limitedperiodonly · 18/03/2015 12:01

Agree Michonne. I haven't looked at the link but Rick's house was this really tasteful shade of calm grey - Farrow & Ball, no doubt.

Also, there seemed to be a black and white photo of the London Eye just by where you hung up your sword Wink

Maybe it's another giant wheel in a cityscape.

IdaBlankenship · 18/03/2015 12:18

I can imagine a nice calming Farrow & Ball range suitable for the zombie apocalypse: dystopian blue, zombie pallor grey, machete handle red... Grin

rallytog1 · 18/03/2015 12:22

I thought it was the London Eye too limited. I'm pretty sure a friend of mine has the same picture in her house.

WallinoMio · 18/03/2015 12:46

To all those requesting a Daryl shower scene: you should watch Boondock Saints II and in particular ...

Can't wait for the next episode and am excited that the season finale will be longer than usual though that'll just give them more time to kill people we like off dammit

KingJoffreyFanciesDarylDixon · 18/03/2015 13:03

I din't want a Daryl shower scene.

I like him dirty.

Wink

Interestingly, The Talking Dead (

Rainicorn · 18/03/2015 14:10

Just recovered from watching this weeks episode. Can't believe they killed off Noah.

Was anyone else expecting zombie Tara to attack Nicholas when he jumped in the van?

Big up to Eugene for growing a pair and stepping up.

And I hope they feed Gabriel to the Zombies.

FinnHuckleBerry · 18/03/2015 16:22

I reckon that means we're losing at least one major character.

Yeah I read there was suppose to be another major death, but no idea who.

I don't think Deanna is that bad really. She does have a creepy niceness to her but I think thats just her congresswoman background.

I think it's fair enough that she's reluctant to put a majority of them in a powerful position.

She also didn't just straight away believe Gabriel either. She reasoned that of course they must have done terrible things to have survived.

I do think she might die at the end of this season (either her or her husband) and they will give up their leadership role to Rick.

Surely the Edith(?) storyline needs to develop too, who else was she on the outside with? and why does she leave Alexandria and most likely stole the gun?

If it was her that stole the gun she must have been watching Rick when he hide it too.

50shadesofknackered · 18/03/2015 16:49

Rainicorn I was expecting him to drive away in the van only to get chomped by Tara who'd died and turned. I'm pleased she didn't tho, I quite like her.

ApocalypseNowt · 18/03/2015 19:12

Welcome AwfulBeryl! (good name btw!)

Saw the trailer after this week's episode but I was a bit distracted. There were 4 graves and stupid Gabriel doing his one and only expression. Didn't catch much else really.

NickiFury · 18/03/2015 19:16

I tend to fast forward through the really gory bits e.g. Aiden and Noah. When Gabriel gets what's coming to him I will be cheering the walkers on and watching avidly, that's how much I hate that character.

NickiFury · 18/03/2015 19:20

Or maybe Michonne will chop his bald head off after be gets bitten. Now that would be worth a watch.

susiedaisy · 18/03/2015 19:31

I don't think Deanna believed the vicar.

FireflyChild · 18/03/2015 20:00

I don't think Deanna believed the vicar.

I don't either, but the death of her son might make her change her mind.

FireflyChild · 18/03/2015 20:01

Does anyone think Daryl is going to bring Morgan back as one of the new recruits?

Pretty sure he's never met him, it's just Rick, Carl and Michonne that have I think.

OstentatiousBreastfeeder · 18/03/2015 20:10

Reading the novels can be good in a way, in that you get access to a whole different level of character detail and stuff - but also really depressing when you know something bad may be coming. It makes it extra tense.

Judith, in the comic, dies at the prison, so the whole way through that season I was bracing myself for it. The whole bit where they found her bloodied carseat I was a wreck. But then she lived and it was then I realised that Robert Kirkman has a heart after all.

Feelin' all the feelz.

AwfulBeryl · 18/03/2015 20:21

Thanks Smile

I don't think Deanna believed Father Gabriel either, although that might change when she finds out Aiden is dead, especially if Micheal gives her a warped version of the truth.
It would be good to see Morgan again, maybe we will see home in the last episode, if it dosnt all kick off before then. Good point that Darryl might bring him back.

I am looking forward the spin off show - not too sure what it's called yet, although it's probably not out for a while.

FireflyChild · 18/03/2015 21:12

especially if Micheal gives her a warped version of the truth.

Who's Michael?

50shadesofknackered · 18/03/2015 21:53

Do you mean Nicholas?

Aridane · 18/03/2015 21:56

What's with all the Morgan speculation, and not just on this board? Was he a mega character in the comics / graphic novels?

Aridane · 18/03/2015 21:59

And what is the difference between a comic and a graphic novel?
