Following 9 teenagers who are about to become parents.
Looks interesting!

nutty - I think it's cos theparents what the child to have a 'childhood' and also what the best for their grandfchild - which to be fair is probably a perfectly normal responce, however in some cases the parents of the mum over step the mark a bit and charge in there leaving the mum feeling like she can't do a thing iycwim. but I think it would be better for the mums to take charge, the sad thing is thou at such a young age there are not many teenagers who would willingly have a baby full time around their neck so to speak whilst their mates are out shopping and chatting to boys they're home chaning bums iycwim.

god only knows what i'd do if in 10 years time joey came home and said oh mum by the way ....

I guess the parents want to make the best of a bad situation at times re the abortions thing (nott hat I agree/disagree or think it's the best solution it's just only the individaul teenager and family can decide really)

Charlotte is just too much of a child herself. I feel sad for her baby.

The girl with twins seems a really loving mum. She must be exhausted!

somethingunderthebedisdrooling · 10/10/2006 21:58

all this about the 'leaving them to settle themselves'. assuming this is the only way forward and the poor mum so upset when she works so damn hard with them.

WestCountryLass · 10/10/2006 21:58

I didn't see Charlottes intro. Did she want Sophie or did she find out too late to do anything about it?

It is really sad that she has not bonded with her baby. I feel so sad for the baby, looking up at her Mum for a reaction and getting nothing back, poor little soul

The rest of the Mums seem to be doing their very best though.

evilanniedividedin2byalargeaxe · 10/10/2006 21:59

I think Charlotte is the one who didn't realise and no-one knew until she was in labour

hairymclary · 10/10/2006 22:00

i mean, she needs to get them to sleep better, but i don't think leaving them to cry is the way forward. poor little thigns.
but that's another thread entirely

Munz · 10/10/2006 22:00

I think the tiwns mums and mellisa is it from s'oton are good mums - they seem to be really trying but charlotte just looks as if she can't be arsed and the poor babys really just wanting some love and a cuddles poor mite.

hairymclary · 10/10/2006 22:01

ah i didn't see charlotte's intro either.
so she has really had no time at all to bond with her. it's so sad.

I really liked Simone, the girl with Ivan and Lincoln. She seemed so sensible and just lovely

peegeeweegeeWITCH · 10/10/2006 22:01

Charlotte did not know she was pregnant until she went into labour, so I assume it was a huge shock and her teenage hormones must be all over the place...

Pinkchampagne · 10/10/2006 22:04

Blimey, 5 children in 5 years!! They seem to be coping very well too!

OP posts:
controlfreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaky2 · 10/10/2006 22:05

blimey that virtual baby she's just produced is HORRIBLE

evilanniedividedin2byalargeaxe · 10/10/2006 22:07

Blimey, they've wheeled out Annabel Karmel now!!

somethingunderthebedisdrooling · 10/10/2006 22:07
