Carrying on from thread two.

I thought we might be a bit short on space on the old thread (especially if somebody we like goes!) so here's a shiny new one for Hallowe'en results onwards

Tess was giving me the rage today with her constant interrupting people, talking over to judges, repeating what they said being so loud. She's a gorgeous woman and seems lovely, but I almost switched off cos of her.

citrus I agree! and stop telling us "it's live tv" like you just cracked the technology like Logie bloody Baird.

Can't bear Tess as a presenter, though she may be lovely in RL. Her jokes always fall flat, and the poor thing has clearly picked up Bruce's affliction for yelling, "Look at them, they're on their feet! That's for you! Look!" Anton and Claud or Zoe for me please.

I too thought Kristina looked plumpish round her middle but assumed it was her costume.
Agree about Jake's rumba and he may be in the bottom 2 tonight.
Could be Jake and Steve.
Alison has undeniable audience appeal with her performances.

Caroline is a lovely natural dancer but in hold her neck does disappear and her being short waisted does not help her upper body line.

Still enjoyed her the most.

DS and I were asking: why does Wardrobe hate Caroline?! DS said that the top half of her dress looked like it was made of those straws you use in art - it was the most unflattering dress I've seen for a while (including some of Tess's horrors).

AmIthathot YYYYYYY You said EXACTLY what I was going to say about Caroline's dresses !!!! I reckon the costume designer HATES her!!!

I thought that on IT2 when she showed Zoe the weird fish netting that poor Caro wore as the top of her dress yesterday.

Anyone notice that Tess's hair was styled differently and looked 100% better ? And yes to OPs who said she should take lessons from Zoe in presenting. BTW she couldn't cope with the One Show it takes presenters with intelligence

Yes, Caroline's dress was a real shocker and her hair was awful too - just looked messy with those bits hanging down. She seemed to try and flick them back a couple of times. Sunetra always has fabulous frocks and hair/makeup, why can't they do better for Caroline?

Thought Craig was a bit harsh on Frankie. Alison generally over praised. Jake might be in trouble but if he survives this week at least he'll have got the rumba out of the way.

I think Judy will make it to Blackpool and then be out with a ridiculous comedy routine.

I like her though, she's got a great attitude about the whole thing, and she looks amazing.

Love Zoe, only done it twice and already a hundred times better than Tess. Zoe and Claudia would be the dream team.

Sorry but along with Tess, Len has to go. He always has his favourites who can't do wrong, but then is unnecessarily harsh to others (he obvs doesn't like Sunetra & Mark). He always looks angry for no reason and his "jokes" are worse than Brucie's. Don't care about his dance experience he needs to go. They can then replace him with a pro from the show like Anton or Ian.

I would ditch Craig before Len. He has turned into a pantomime villain.

Bruno's a bit annoying too.

I like Craig and Len, but would love Arlene back TBH. Or Karen Hardy.

I like Craig, he's honest and very technical. I'd like Len to go though as don't like the favouritism. I'd have Craig, Ian, Darcy and Bruno.

Not keen on Tess but Claudia is great, paired with Anton it could be something really special.

If you don't like favouritism, you'd have to ditch Darcey whenever there are well built male contestants :)

Tess has got to go. She couldn't even read the bloody auto cue last night when it came to Mark's name. I have a rage whenever I see or hear her on TV. That and the narcissistic warbler tonight and I won't be tuning in.

YY Smelly. Katherine Jenkins and Tess Daly on one show would make me combust.

Who's singing on the results show today? (I always watch the show on IPlayer simply so I can skip whoever it is)

OwlCapone The producers have turned Craig into a pantomime villain, he tells the truth and doesn't sugar coat the pill what wrong with that? At least when he gives a high score it means something!

Frankie is so good that she needs the mistakes in her dancing picked up to improve which is why Craig did it.

Craig I think is the one that the pros listen to the most because he considers each part of the dance rather than having favourites. He's been made a panto villain by Tess who constantly talks over him and Bruno pulling faces. Plus you know when Craig gives a 10 it's a real 10 whereas others tend to hand out their 9s and 10s far too easily.

Glad I'm not the only one Sparkling Met her at a dinner and she was ghastly.

Totally agree that Ian would be magnificent as a Judge. I do like grumpy old Len so wouldn't want to see him go. 5 judges would definitely work. But SCD Producers, GET RID OF TESS. I'd go for Anton and Zoe on the main show and give IT2 to Claudia.

Nobody dare criticise Alison because of her size. Even as a non-dancer I can see her footwork is awful, her legs are turned out at different angles and she over eggs everything.
As a fat person I can't bear her "bigger girls like us" schtick. Just because we eat too much our default setting doesn't have to be loud and fucking annoying. I wonder if she watches her routines back.

Sunetra seems absolutely lovely and would have been a real contender in the first couple of seasons.

I can't remember why KJ gives me the rage Smelly. But every time I see her I just think .

same here with KJ, she ruins perfectly good songs imo

I'm not sure that 'a Darcey 10' holds very much more punch than 'a Donny 10' does it?
