Yes renting but would need a month updront and deposit so £1500/2000 depending on rental prices in mk

Def not a double buggy and again those buggies coast £500+ so where did they get the money from?

Kat would get smp as self employed so why is she back at work after 2 weeks plus has lost her stomach amazing quickly .........

well according to a poster from London Mayor Boris I saw on the tube today the going deposit for renting in London is currently SIX weeks, not a month.

WTF is Alfie still doing with a 2 door car he can't fit his family into anyway?

Plus he never uses a car. Plus he's ment to be this wheeler dealer cheekie chappie and he can't even sell his classic car through proper paying channels. He's such a fucking dick. Burn the house down for the insurance? FFS!! He doesn't OWN the house!! and if they are that skint chances are they don't have insurance either.

Well I thought Phil smashed the car up over the Roxy stuff, was that a trick then?
We went form a ford focus (5 door) to a zafira when we had 1 child just to fit the pushchair in the boot!
I've said it before and will say it again, Alfie is a pointless character without the Vic. Kat's always been pointless without Zoe, and Stacey, pointless full stop as we still see Jean in all her glory without Stace.

Oh aye if they have not payed the rent for 6 months then what's the chance of them paying the contents insurance. Its a council house they still owe money regardless of house in ashes.

I said the same to DH about the likelihood of them having insurance if they haven't paid rent. I wonder if that will be found out after he burns the house down.

I don't see how it can be a council house - I remember when they moved in. Would a family largely made up of adults get housed by a council?

So it must be private rental if not owned by Charlie? And a private house in east London on a square - well it would cost an fortune to rent, £600pw at least.

Why would she decide to forgive him just because he helped Cindy give birth. It doesn't wash as realistic to me.

We have just seen the episode where Cindy gave birth. I don't like it...I mean, I like how they did it, how Ian helped, reassured her etc, but I hate that it happened because that is his redemption isn't it?

Denise would look a cow for leaving a guy taking on a baby & the teenage daughter of his children's dead mother.

I hope she doesn't stay, I can't understand how she forgave him after such a short time.

Wasn't Mo charging rent for it at one time? Though she does a lot of rule/law breaking I suppose.

Alfie is so pointless and so silly. He won't really do it will he. I still can't work out how it would help them in their current situation to burn down the house. And why hasn't Kat checked the finances in 6 months, or whatever it is. Alfie has form for being unreliable after all.

guess some people are trustinging, thinking about it with dh and i, money went into joint account each week to pay all bills/mortgage etc- dh never asked to see/check i was paying bills, he just assumed i was
