Lucy, Roxie etc were all having a snort at Alek's flat when Lucy croaked due to brain haemorrhage from previous fall. Roxie panicked and called Phil who took Lucy's body up to the common and made it look like a mugging. Ian knows something so they've sent him off to keep him quiet. Patrick knows something as well and the stress caused his stroke, they smashed up his house to put the frighteners on him. (probably Nick )
