Raahh

Oh yes. Rafa will always have my heart first.

He's got to defend the US too....

GrouchyKiwi · 01/07/2014 19:22

500+ posts already?! Bloody hell, seems I missed a lot today.

No tennis for me; too fecking much to do. Remind me not to get new flooring during a major sports tournament that I care about.

HarveySchlumpfenburger · 01/07/2014 19:22

And for a change of pace, Bahrami and Laconte are on.

MrsVamos · 01/07/2014 19:23

Nah, Juan.

Rada will go on holiday with lovely Xisca now.

Expect pics in media of him topless early next week !

OP posts:
MrsVamos · 01/07/2014 19:24

Bahrami & Laconte ?

On rb ?

OP posts:
HarveySchlumpfenburger · 01/07/2014 19:25

Watching on the BBC sport site. Might be on Red button too.

MrsVamos · 01/07/2014 19:25

*Rafa not Rada.

He is not an acting school.

OP posts:
HarveySchlumpfenburger · 01/07/2014 19:25

It's on number 1 court if that helps

MrsVamos · 01/07/2014 19:25

Found it !

OP posts:
Raahh · 01/07/2014 19:27

Rafa- I agree- apart from Murray, who hasn't been challenged yet, and wasn't really last year (Apart from Verdasco). If Murray retains his title, it will mean actually beating worthy opponents.

And we are all forgetting Fed. You can never rule out FedGrinGrin

ElephantsNeverForgive · 01/07/2014 19:28

Well DD2(13) is happy our Aussie friend is hot and young enough for her to fancy.

I'd much rather be seeing much (much) more of Rafa.

HarveySchlumpfenburger · 01/07/2014 19:29

I will not be happy if Kyrgios knocks Fed out. Think Fed is playing better than Rafa at the moment but we'll see.

MrsVamos · 01/07/2014 19:30

Tomorrow will be good !

All I want is to see great tennis, Rafa is always a bonus.

OP posts:
HarveySchlumpfenburger · 01/07/2014 19:32

Oh God, Castle's commentating on Bahrami and Laconte

MrsVamos · 01/07/2014 19:32

That would be jaw-dropping though, Rafa.

To knock out the 'original 2' of the old guard ?

Wow.

OP posts:
Raahh · 01/07/2014 19:33

I'd rather see more of Rafa too, but he lost in a good match. It would have been far worse if he's lost in any of his other matches. He wouldn't have deserved that.

MrsVamos · 01/07/2014 19:33

It looked boring so I flicked !

Girlies on CC.

OP posts:
MrsVamos · 01/07/2014 19:34

Yes, Nick played and won well today.

No arguments.

OP posts:
ValarmorghulisArya · 01/07/2014 19:35

Wow that was amazing to watch! I havent been into watching much tennis since Goran Ivanisevic retired. Kyrgios is certainly interesting.

JuanPotatoTwo · 01/07/2014 19:36

All I want from tomorrow is for Grigor to beat Murray. But if Shrieky keeps him up late bemoaning her loss today he may have his work cut out.

MrsVamos · 01/07/2014 19:37

I hope Grigi is strong enough.

Lets hope tomorrow is more of a match for Murray.

OP posts:
Raahh · 01/07/2014 19:38

I feel very positive tonight- despite Rafa's loss. It is very different to last year.

It's looking good for the end of the tournament.

Raahh · 01/07/2014 19:41

and we've filled over half a thread in one day.

Bloody love Tennis.

I haven't even been drinkingGrin

MrsVamos · 01/07/2014 19:42

Agree, Raahh.

Great to hopefully see talent worthy of the hype.

JuanPotatoTwo · 01/07/2014 19:42

Serena feeling ill for the last couple of days. Apparently.
