So who killed Lucy?

Will Ben have a new head?

When will Grant know he has a son via Michelle?

And many other tantilising thoughts that are going through my mind while I'm laying on a sunny beach using maccy D's free wifi :)

Editor - Because everyone who leaves the square alive goes to Spain/Portugal or to prison. Honey did neither, so it was natural to assume she'd died Wink

GarlicMayonnaise · 28/05/2014 19:46

Oh. God. How sad!!! Just watched last night's. Oh no!

Well, EE's going to win every soap award going this year, isn't it!

Fakebook · 28/05/2014 19:59

LocalEditorEssex, Honey was in an accident once off screen and was left on life support. It was mentioned a few times and Billy would have the children over to stay every so often. Then there was mention she was better again. You might have thought she was dead from that?

Garlic, yes I agree. I love these little suprises they're coming out with and it seems every character is involved in a good storyline now, and not forgotten.

Thank you :) makes more sense now.

TwllBach · 29/05/2014 13:27

I definitely reckon Sharon was supplying Lucy.

I really think though that Ronnie and/or Roxy has something to do with her dying. I mean, where are they?? I think Ronnie mistook Lucy for Lola and in a fit of rage because Lola wouldn't be her pretend daughter, bashed her over the head, panicked and realised it was Lucy - called Roxy, end of. Maybe Roxy called Alex and that's how her earring ended up in the flat?

misstiredbuthappy · 29/05/2014 15:24

Yes I think its definitely something to do with Ronnie or Alex.

in the indide soap magazine it says Mick is 37 this yearhe must of been very young to have 3 kids of the age they are.

yes I know get a life misstired

OwlCapone · 29/05/2014 15:25

So he was 16 when Nancy was born. And she isn't the eldest.

misstiredbuthappy · 29/05/2014 15:43

Lee looks at least 24 to me.

FlipFlopWaddle · 29/05/2014 19:51

Yes Sonya, much better idea to go in the car than call an ambulance. Ffs, she's meant to be a nurse Hmm

cheekygeeky · 29/05/2014 21:08

David has grown on me. Why bring him back if he's going to leave? His whole story centred around him not buggering off again. I like him and Carol although I can't understand why he was protecting max.

alemci · 29/05/2014 22:05

yes Lee looks that age. the story and time line is badly thought out.

damnandblast · 29/05/2014 23:02

Such a good ep tonight! We all have to assume now that mick is shirley's son? They've not made it very clear, spent ages explaining it to my brother.

HawnieGold · 30/05/2014 00:05

I missed it, did David die?!

Mandy2003 · 30/05/2014 00:54

No, he was even out of bed by the end!

I'm back posting again cos the app is working now Grin

LocalEditorEssex · 30/05/2014 08:02

Ian's poor eyesight was mentioned AGAIN last night Hmm

tethersend · 30/05/2014 08:12

Right, I have been wondering why they brought in Timothy West to play Carter Snr... Obviously he costs £ more than an unknown actor, and has thus far not had much of a plot to get his teeth into. Danny Dyer must be costing a pretty penny too.

Now we know that Mick is Shirley's son, we assume that she got knocked up as a teenager by some acne ridden youth... But I think it was her dad who fathered the baby. So he is both Mick's father and grandfather.

Do you think they'd tackle such a subject or am I running away with myself?

misstiredbuthappy · 30/05/2014 11:44

I thought that too tethersend

OwlCapone · 30/05/2014 11:47

It crossed my mind that he was Mick's dad. I find the character thoroughly repellent.

Mandy2003 · 30/05/2014 11:53

Hmm, it was Shirley who got the money out of Stan initially wasn't it?

So maybe there is a sniff of incest around there. OMG!! I think if there isn't then EE bosses will have to run around covering their backsides quickly by getting Shirley to say something about Mick's teenage father! Way brave if they don't.

tethersend · 30/05/2014 12:00

Also, do you remember the way he looked at her out of the window when she didn't want to come in the flat? And didn't he make her ask for the money?

Creepy.

I really hope they do tackle this (possible) storyline. It would be a shame if they shied away from it.

OwlCapone · 30/05/2014 12:01

Didn't he apologise for "what I did" when she talked to him to get the money? The implication was that it was for neglect but I can't remember whether it was specific or if I'm now imagining that it could have been more.

OwlCapone · 30/05/2014 12:01

She is the only one who really hates their father.

Coumarin · 30/05/2014 12:47

Yy to Ian's eyesight being mentioned again...

Sharon is off my killer list. I'm baffled again. At this rate, I'll have been sure it was every single character including Amy by the time the big reveal is here.

Shirley said Stan wasn't an abuser didn't she? I vaguely remember a conversation between her and one of the kids (Nancy?), where they asked what he'd done to them, implying abuse, and she said 'he's a lot if things, but never that.'. Or was it Mick who said that?

misstiredbuthappy · 30/05/2014 12:58

coumarin it was Shirley that said it, she said it very quickly though and seemed horrified when Nancy said it.

Wouldnt there be something wrong with Mick though if Stan was his dad and Shirley is his mum ? Like inbred not sure if thats the right way to put it
