And many other tantilising thoughts that are going through my mind while I'm laying on a sunny beach using maccy D's free wifi :)

I agree. What a stupid story line. He didn't need to say even to his dad that he did it. The choice wasn't stick to your guns that you didn't shag a prostitute OR make things worse for a grieving man. He could have deniwd it without bringing Ian into it. What man in a happy marriage would pretend he slept with a prostitute? Only in EE where they want to make us sympathise with Linda when she has the inevitable fling with Dean.

Eastenders please don't do it.

I don't want Linda to have an affair with Dean, in fact, you could get rid of Dean altogether and I wouldn't miss him.

The only likeable thing about Mick and Linda is that they're so loved up, start adding affairs into it and you're ruining it.

Yes, would be a terrible shame for Mick and Linda to start playing away. I love that they are so loved up with each other.

Mick and Linda need to stay solid. I believe in them.

Mick should have pleaded not guilty. And not lied to his dad. Does he want his kids to think that he did it? I would think Ian might have something else to hide, he doesn't know him well enough. He'd tell the police I think.

Rainie is an irritating character and Cora is a heartless wretch. She was vile to Patrick before his stroke and no real support to Tanya most of the time.

Dean's done too many pantos in real life, he's practically standing there twirling his moustache at the end of his scenes.

I still think it was Ben.

I think Denise is genuinely upset for Ian and wants to support him through this. I don't think she'd kill Lucy to prevent her telling all about Fatboy because she was leaving him until she knew Lucy was dead. Her cases were packed.

My money's on Abi or Whitney. Although I'm not sure that the Eastenders writers even know yet.

It would be a fab twist that a member of Ian's family murderd Lucy. But why would he?

Do you think Mick is taking the rap for Ian because he is guilty about/covering for Lee (who he secretly suspects of being involved in Lucy's death) in some way? There must be more to it than simply covering for someone he hardly knows...

Where is Ben? It was mentioned he was out of prison but where did he go?
Agree prostitute story with Mick is stupid. If it was Alfie it would have been more believable.
Also wondering if kat and Alfie's house is another tardis as there are now four children and three adults living in it.
I'm moving to Albert square for a big house in London that seems to be so cheap

i though jay looked a bit iffy at the video and recognized someone

just as lucy did, as at the top of the stairs of the bus she turned round and looked as if she was looking at someone she knew ie ben
