So, let me get this right. Only 3 people know who killed Lucy. Does this include the killer or is the entire cast on notice? Will the killer receive the script in 6 months and just see they're out of a job by the end of the week?

Being revealed as the killer wouldn't mean they were out of a job.

Well it would. They'd have to be brought to justice right? They wouldn't stay on the square would they?

They're not always brought to justice though are they? And if they are it might not be for ages. And do we know if just the public get to see the reveal or the people of Albert Square too?

I think she fell out the tree. There was a broken branch next to the body. I didn't see the episode before last so could be talking out my arse

Oh, really? For someone who spends half her life watching whodunnits, it's a bit pathetic that I missed the branch! Interesting! Or maybe the branch fell off & popped her on the head, or someone used it as a weapon. Or she was trying to defend herself with it.

Or maybe it was just there to add desolation to the scene
I agree, it was really well filmed. Can't wait for tonight now!

I agree it has been well filmed - the voice mails at the end of the previous episode and the cutting between scenes in the last one were superb. You really got the feeling of Ian's world suddenly collapsing after he'd been going about normal life, oblivious.

Looks like she tripped over it. Question is: Who did she go to meet there?

I'm in fits of laughter here thinking of her falling out of a tree...or even climbing up it .

I don't normally get upset at the TV but that last bit really got to me

The dog had puppies so the celebration and joy was a stark contrast to the misery of the Beales.

I thought the cutting between contrasting events was done really well.
