I just realised the police woman who came to Ian's house was Topsy and Tim's Mum.

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/04/2014 00:37

Abbi jake lee and max all seemed very suss tonight

Probably means it's not any of them then!

SilveryMoon · 22/04/2014 07:52

So, let me get this right. Only 3 people know who killed Lucy. Does this include the killer or is the entire cast on notice? Will the killer receive the script in 6 months and just see they're out of a job by the end of the week?

jaynebxl · 22/04/2014 09:12

Being revealed as the killer wouldn't mean they were out of a job.

SilveryMoon · 22/04/2014 10:31

Well it would. They'd have to be brought to justice right? They wouldn't stay on the square would they?

Fakebook · 22/04/2014 10:51

Like Janine? Or Ronnie? Or Stacey (until a few weeks ago!). Grin

SabsFabulous · 22/04/2014 11:43

The police officer who came to inform Ian used to be in Hollyoaks, he was Mercedes' husband

jaynebxl · 22/04/2014 12:33

They're not always brought to justice though are they? And if they are it might not be for ages. And do we know if just the public get to see the reveal or the people of Albert Square too?

SilveryMoon · 22/04/2014 12:38

Hmm

GarlicAprilShowers · 22/04/2014 14:15

I hadn't considered Abbie as a potential killer at all - she's so blameless.

This being a soap, I reckon this means she's the culprit! Or Dot Grin

Veins · 22/04/2014 14:32

I think she fell out the tree. There was a broken branch next to the body. I didn't see the episode before last so could be talking out my arse

GarlicAprilShowers · 22/04/2014 14:59

Oh, really? For someone who spends half her life watching whodunnits, it's a bit pathetic that I missed the branch! Interesting! Or maybe the branch fell off & popped her on the head, or someone used it as a weapon. Or she was trying to defend herself with it.

Or maybe it was just there to add desolation to the scene Grin
I agree, it was really well filmed. Can't wait for tonight now!

OwlCapone · 22/04/2014 15:01

Why would she have been up a tree?

OwlCapone · 22/04/2014 15:03

I agree it has been well filmed - the voice mails at the end of the previous episode and the cutting between scenes in the last one were superb. You really got the feeling of Ian's world suddenly collapsing after he'd been going about normal life, oblivious.

GarlicAprilShowers · 22/04/2014 15:05

Looks like she tripped over it. Question is: Who did she go to meet there?

Fakebook · 22/04/2014 15:33

I'm in fits of laughter here thinking of her falling out of a tree...or even climbing up it Grin Grin Grin.

Veins · 22/04/2014 15:40

She was high on coke and tried to fly?

HolyDrinker · 22/04/2014 19:35

IsTopsy and Tim's mum moonlighting as the family liaison officer?

Groovee · 22/04/2014 19:45

Why oh why have they put that bloody dog in to labour!!!

Groovee · 22/04/2014 19:48

Phil's gonna end up with this dog!

OwlCapone · 22/04/2014 20:02

Heartbreaking!

confuddledDOTcom · 22/04/2014 20:02

I don't normally get upset at the TV but that last bit really got to me Sad

OwlCapone · 22/04/2014 20:03

The dog had puppies so the celebration and joy was a stark contrast to the misery of the Beales.

OwlCapone · 22/04/2014 20:04

I thought the cutting between contrasting events was done really well.
