Prob been done before as Friends is like a guzzillion years old now but the other day I saw the one where Estelle dies.

AFAIK Phoebe never met or spoke to Estelle so how did she know how she sounded? also, Joeys phone would have had Phoebes name on the caller ID.

loadsa moments. anyone get bugbeared or just think 'its only a programme' and just enjoy it?
its a terrible habit of mine to nitpick!

Estelle was at the play that Joey was in with the girl he really liked that moved to LA to be in General Hospital. She asks Rachel and Monica if they have representation and then is disappointed they're not actors 'cos with her face and her chest she could really put something together'.

Therefore very possible that she met Phoebe the same night also. Or at any of the other loads of plays that Joey was in!

Nugget Phoebe was at monicas that night waiting for the phone to be answered, she was on hold all night? so she wouldn't have met Estelle then.

yes she might have met her somewhere else but I still gnash teeth at it!!.

Cousin Cassie might not have been able to attend Ross and Carol's wedding. I have not attended all my cousins weddings (although I have been invited to them all) or Ross and Carol could have had a small wedding.

Fair enough Zygon forgot about the Utah phone call! But still may have met her any other time.

Georgie don't think Phoebe was with Gary for very long, cos there was the big thing about it moving too fast. Agree probably counts as a bit serious though as they did move in (for one night )

Innogen and Shouldnthavedaid - Ross didn't sleep with the librarian in high school but he did get drunk and sleep with the woman that cleaned him and Chandler's dorm - so he wasn't a virgin before he slept with Carol (unless he cheated on her with the cleaning lady).

Me too Zygon I was thinking I couldn't remember Phoebe being at the play but I couldn't think where else she could have been!

Rachel's ultrasound is done entirely on computer by someone at a desk about 2 meters away from her and doesn't touch her once

I was always dubious about Joey getting ordained online too. And even more dubious when he used it again in a legal capacity at Pheobes wedding.

and when monica was going to go to Tulsa with Chandler and she phoned Nancy to ask about rezzys there and nancy said Javu asked for her. How did nancy know she was looking for a job?

They were showing the prom video one today. Chandlerwas at college with Ross and surely woiuld have known monica.

yet later on he does! and when she was fat too.

and the one with the flashback whwre central perk was a bar and Rachel walks in with her snobby friends. Chandler and her had already met there too! and he knew Rachel from the college days too, he was at the Gellers for thanksgiving when Mon lost all the weight.

And he made out with Rachel at the college party!

I'm not sure I buy Monica and Rachel ever being friends in the first place tbh.

yes agree, Rachel was very 'experienced' in life a slut and Monica was always going on about giving away her 'flower'. !

I always thought they conveniently tweaked the back story so either Monica and Rachel knew each other but weren't best friends back in high school (ie the early episodes, where Mon doesn't reckon she'll see Rach again; it's a big deal for her to move in); or they were best friends (eg going to the prom together).

Surely the former is more likely - would Rachel (clearly popular, even with the hermaphrodite rumours and big nose ) have been best friends with some one on the wrestling team....?

I've always assumed that the Gellars and the Greens were friends and therefore their children were friends kind of by default. That would explain Monica and Rachel sort of being friends even if they weren't your typical pairing at high school.

The one where Central Perk is a bar is a 'what could have happened' episode so I dont think that counts.

I agree about the rest though.
