Does anyone else watch it? Or is it just me...

I love it because it reminds me of another life when I used to sew (before the DC's came along and before I lost the footpedal to my sewing machine in a house move).

The contestants are just so talented and I like the beardy man judge too. Anyone else?

so impressed by them actually managing to have ideas on these alteration tasks - I would just be standing there panicking for half an hour…

I love the sheep neddlecord..I used to make lots of dungarees for DS1, needlecord on one side and lined with a stripey stuff to make the reversable...so sweet

I loved Lynda's and Chinelo's dresses. And it's nice to see that Chinelo isn't brilliant at everything .

DS heard the bit about Season 3 applications and told me that I should enter. Hahahahahahahaha, I think not, much as I would like to get my hands on the fabric and haberdashery supplies.

I did enjoy David spending half his allotted alteration time stuck in a haze of complete mental blankness (before pulling off a short-notice ladybird) but his dress was not good (I know mine wouldn't be any better, hence my resolve never to sew with satin again).

Best competition prize ever would be to be able to have a trolley load of stuff from that haberdashery whenever you wanted it. O I'd love 4 hours in there on my own. Bliss.

DS2 is very excited.............He sent Lynda a BSL video on Twitter and she has replied!!!!

I think they are supposed to be judging it on the week's challenges rather than performance overall, though -- but there must be an element of wanting to keep it relatively diverse, too. I can't see Jenni lasting much longer, but she had a really good week with the first two challenges so it was fair enough that she stayed on to next week. Probably either Heather or Tamara joining Chinelo and Lynda in the final, I think.

Phew, just caught up with it on iPlayer. Loved the little fancy dress outfits, the pirate one was great. Shame Cerena had to go, it was a very close call. Roll on next week!

Interesting that Cerina won the anonymous challenge 2 weeks in a row and then got sent home.

I thought it was very unfair. She was better than David and way better than Jenny. It looked to me like discrimination on the grounds that the middle aged posh lady slot was already filled by Heather.
