Following on from this thread, we're working our way through our X-Files boxsets by choosing a few eps from each season and watching one every Sunday night. Last week we watched Beyond the Sea but tonight's s1 episode hasn't been chosen yet - maybe Lazarus or Young at Heart.

So come, join us, and re-live the excitement! Sigh again at the forehead-kiss, weep at the demise of Deep Throat, marvel at how they disguise Gillian Anderson's pregnancy...

I would be interested to find out of Romanians did have these rituals though. If it's part of their countries history

Possibly. Not sure I'd be very impressed with this episode if I was Romanian though!

A lot of stuff happened with Americans and Latinos etc in x files . Is hope it wasn't based on stereo types but on stuff that actually happened or was a well known tale
