Following on from this thread, we're working our way through our X-Files boxsets by choosing a few eps from each season and watching one every Sunday night. Last week we watched Beyond the Sea but tonight's s1 episode hasn't been chosen yet - maybe Lazarus or Young at Heart.

Did you see that behind-the-scenes thingy about how they spent ages trying to get the right noise for that pointy thingy and eventually went with someone saying "pfffft" into a microphone? That sound became so iconic after a while!

And that scene where he looks in the boot comes up again in The Unnatural doesn't it?

The grey and the baseball. It's on the TV when Mulder's interviewing that old guy.

She does. Although in later years she looked so beautiful and glowy whilst pregnant

I'm not sure... they both knew the abduction was planned. But no-one really knew what happened to her until that Closure episode with the walk-ins and everything.

This is so cruel.

I loved that episode. So nice for mulder to finally know and get to see her one last time even if she was a ghost
