Following on from this thread, we're working our way through our X-Files boxsets by choosing a few eps from each season and watching one every Sunday night. Last week we watched Beyond the Sea but tonight's s1 episode hasn't been chosen yet - maybe Lazarus or Young at Heart.

That's a good point. It's not typical for abductees to be returned like that, is it? Maybe "they" can't quite decide what to do with her.

I think Mulder just means he should have protected her and not let her get involved in the X-Files. Kinda patronising...

This is the most ridiculous method of giving someone an anonymous message ever.

I don't think he knew she'd be taken not quite sure what he thinks he could have done.
