Oh and thanks for asking after dh. He's come home early today with a nosebleed - worrying as it suggests that his blood thinner medication is off kilter. Two years ago he had a nosebleed that lasted two weeks - as fast as they were giving him blood, it was pouring out of his nose, despite them having packed his hooter with all sorts.

Had feedback from my reflex clients. I have thus far: Caused one to break out in zits. Another to pee non stop for the last 24 hours and have a sore kidney. The other has got legs like dead weights as if she has walked up mountains and the other has got sore shoulders, is weepy and slept for 14 hours straight after treatment.

No, not unless he gets a full blown kidney infection clay And if he gets one of those, he was due it anyhow, its just come on faster. All of the clients are flushing out toxins be they from food, alcohol, lack of drinking water, lack of exercise, stress or emotional stuff they are holding inside - or all of the before! Its normal to have reactions to Reflex or any body massage - it can be really bad as well, you can have flu like symptoms, severe headaches - I had an aromatherapy session this afternoon and already have got a load of spots on my cheek, a hulking headache and I feel so tired I can't think right - that I think is vodka and coke over the weekend!! Reactions to treatments mean they worked - they really worked. Although I do not wish weepy on anybody - have seen grown women cry buckets because of a reflexology routine, as it was being done, right there in class.

On a completely non-tennis note, magi I've just found your thread about Costa Adeje. Can you recommend anywhere to stay? Looking the Bahia Principe atm but it looks like it's in the middle of nowhere.

rafa - we got really, really lucky & struck a pre Christmas deal (which meant we flew back into the chaos that was Gatwick on C. Eve & ended up in brum - but that's another tale).

We got a mega deal & stayed at the Jardines de Nivaria - somewhere we would not have dreamt of otherwise - it was amazing. Have to say I would not go theer with kids, very much an elderly clientele. I felt very young & sprightly as I did my 40 lengths a day in the amazing salt water heated pool. And the breakfasts............. And Rafael on reception....... I could have dumped EL P for Rafael, but he was gay.

I think the marriage question to Murray is getting like the retirement question to Roger- the more often it is asked- the more likely it is to be put off.

It must get very boring, being asked all the time. They seem perfectly happy as they are. I can imagine they will wait til his career is on the wane, and less hectic, have a quiet 'do' and live with a bunch of dogs.

As far as I can tell from google, someone asked him on twitter and he said they were getting married after Wimbledon as a joke. I think it got picked up by the media and now he's had to deny it. All seems very odd.

Hello all, hope things are good. Saw Andy briefly this morning explaining that when he gets married Kim will prob know before some random person on Twitter.

My dh is deteriorating. I can't go through this again. Every time he gets a grip on his health it lasts for about two seconds. It's so unfair. He's the hardest working, most determined, most "count your blessings" type of person I've ever had the fortune to meet :(. Sorry to put a downer on things.

I took dd2 this morning for her MMR pre-school booster. She was very good- but has been giving me daggers all afternoon for 'letting that lady hurt her arm'. But worst of all it was mid morning, so she had to miss her beloved nursery.
