three, don't worry, I am a one man woman and it's Pot all the way for me (unfortunately, as I am old enough to be his mother). Never fear, Boris is safe.

raahh, your doc is speedy. Glad you have a bit of relief.

Sorry MrsV yes- WHEN Rafa wins...Grin

Raahh · 24/01/2014 16:02
Tennis I think there is a conspiracy, and the balls will only appear when Murray is winning. We may never get them backWink
MrsVamos · 24/01/2014 16:06

I think they are only for Wombledon. Sad

Help us all if we have to wait for Murray to win a slam again.

MrsVamos · 24/01/2014 16:07

I wonder if we will get a little skier face, possibly with a gaiter and helmet for the Winter Plympics ?

Raahh · 24/01/2014 16:12

Aww, a little skier would be great.

We did get the Tennis back for the US. People complained. Hmm

MrsVamos · 24/01/2014 16:17

People complained ?

O.M.F.G.

Hmm
magimedi · 24/01/2014 16:40

Honestly? People moaned?

What sad boring lives they must have.

Raahh · 24/01/2014 16:44

yes- they complained. Because why did we need another emoticon?, and what was it actually for, and why couldn't they have a football/golfball/knitting needle. it was quite funny really.

We asked for the Tennis - we asked for years, dammit!

HarveySchlumpfenburger · 24/01/2014 16:53

People who complain about the tennis ball emoticon should be kicked of MN

Definitely need a winter olympics skier.

Tennis I have been reading my feet this afternoon because I burst into uncontrolled tears and felt about as down as I ever have felt due to complications at college and other matters there. My feet are very dark red = I am angry, any darker and they will be brown which means I am about to explode. They are also turning in as I walk meaning I am beginning to close off from something and become depressed (hence the tears this afternoon). They also hurt like heck after a treatment yesterday, in the areas where they hurt most it means I am emotionally in pain and mentally struggling... I love that I am learning to read feet - I wish to God I could resist reading my own. If we don't get the Tennis balls back I fear my toes will actually drop off from the pain and stress of it all and then it will all be MN fault I have no toes...
JuanPotatoTwo · 25/01/2014 10:34

Oh three I'm sorry you're feeling so down. Is it anything we can help with, or talk through with you? If you like, I'll contact Justine and tell her there's a poster who is in danger of losing digits, and will sue if it comes to that? Then you'd have oodles of money and could swan around the world watching tennis. You're always so upbeat, don't like to think of you being fed up. If it helps (not sure how it possibly could but I'll give it a go) my dh has lost a toe. He rang me one day and asked if I could come home from work. I arrived to find him sitting in the kitchen, the floor awash with blood. At that moment, a friend I hadn't seen for years drove past, saw my car and decided to drop in. Despite the fact we were clearly having a bit of a moment (and dh's toe was on the floor) she stayed until I actually had to ask her to go! We laugh about it now (dh and I that is) but funnily enough haven't seen her since. Smile

I see Li Na won, pleased for her. I have a horrible feeling I will miss tomorrow's match. Think I'm going to have to take ds2 to rugby. He doesn't seem to be keen on the idea of not going so I can watch tennis ...

Dh still not well either. Went to Hosp on way home from work last night for IV anti biotics and docs wanted to keep him in. However, nothing happens in Hosp over the weekends so he refused (not that it wd have made a difference to him if it hadn't been weekend, he still would have argued), and he was very sick again last night. :(

Your poor DH, Juan. Hope he is feeling better soon.

Hope you are feeling better today too threebats

Completely missed the tennis this morning but glad Li Na won.

Someone has started a thread in site stuff asking for a winter olympics 2014 topic. Do you think we should go and suggest the skier emoticon? Grin

Tennis
magimedi · 25/01/2014 11:53

Hope life is looking better today threebats

Juan - it must be very worrying & wearying living with an ill DH. Flowers

I don't think there should be a skier emoticon unless we get our Tennis. Grin

I have realised that I hate college - I love my subject but the tutors are making things so hard. They loose my work, don't sign off on my treatments. My personal tutor flat out ignores me when I ask for help. I get the distinct impression they dislike me - you know the saying, meet one arsehole and you met an arsehole - meet arseholes all day long and you are the arsehole... I have been in loos crying while there trying to work out if I am the issue here - I am the person who is 'the problem person' or if they are just not nice people and that is that.
I do not know - I love what I am doing but the tutors are making me feel so bloody miserable and unhappy - this was meant to be a fresh start - I am so unhappy...
I have got a client here right now so have to go - sorry for the moan.

threebats · 26/01/2014 08:33

Are we all up ladies..?
If I hear the word Blister one more time this morning I shall barf...
Tennis

Raahh · 26/01/2014 08:34

I'm going to try to stay awake.

I'm not hopefulGrin

Raahh · 26/01/2014 08:35

Tennis
threebats · 26/01/2014 08:36

Ignore my moan of yesterday - I carried out 3 Reflexology treatments yesterday and loved it, completely... I will not let c**p tutors ruin this career change, I will not.

Stay awake raahh you can do it - I have been up since 6am - dd younger has left for a D of E walk - its absolutely pouring down - rather her than I today.

Raahh · 26/01/2014 08:38

Absolutely- you keep you head down, qualify, get a fab job in tennis and they will still be miserable bastardsGrin

Here we go!!

Vamos

(but if it was anyone else, Stan, I'd love you to win)

noddyholder · 26/01/2014 08:42

So look forward to this. Dp working today and got up lit fire and made me a coffee for the tennis Smile

threebats · 26/01/2014 08:42

Stan is cute - he's got twinkly eyes. I sat up a lot straighter when he was talking earlier on - kind of like, 'Well hello there, where exactly have you been hiding the last few years. Want a foot massage!?' Grin

Raahh · 26/01/2014 08:42

of course, all the family are here. Asking questions.Grin

Raahh · 26/01/2014 08:43

I'm watching the BBC. They've just mentioned Soderling- such a shame- his career was really on the up, and now he's vanishedGrin

Raahh · 26/01/2014 08:44

I meant Sad - sorry Robin.
