The woman whose husband is pretending to be dead - the husband is the the drug company's ex-head of research. He pretended to be dead - I'm guessing in case it ever came out that an illegal clinical trial had been conducted and the patients had all got seriously ill or died.

Oliver's wife is now head of research , her lack of knowledge of the clinical trials at that time indicate she was not involved??

is he covering up for oliver? being blackmailed?
