Who'll be the toxic, acidic character this year? There's always at least one. I don't usually watch the reality stuff but I quite like this.

Oh god please don't let joey win. Nasty flash little twonk in towie. Very passive aggressive.

Yakky · 18/11/2013 22:33

We should be told why The contestants cannot take part due to medical reasons.
Am pissed off already that someone who is supposedly healthier than the the rest of the camp is let off doing something so soon into the series.
If they have medical problems then they should not be there at all and getting paid a shitload if money.

justmuddlingalongsomehow · 18/11/2013 22:50

Why does being on tv give us the right to know their medical history?!?!? She's the one who had the tampons - doubt she wants the world knowing she's got AF or anything else for that matter. None of our business - could be allergy related or anything. We'll all be trying to work out what her problem is tomorrow once we see what the trial entails!!Grin

NewBlueCoat · 18/11/2013 23:01

I find it odder, tbh, that a trial has been organised that one of the team cannot participate in.

clearly she is able to do trials, as she already has done the turntable one.

the production team obv has full medical history. why arrange a trial that one person ahs to be excused from?

justmuddlingalongsomehow · 18/11/2013 23:26

But the trials are planned weeks or even months in advance, with a group of locals living in the camp for a week or so before to trial everything...

mrsjay · 19/11/2013 09:35

REbecca is asthmatic maybe it is that, doesn't matter though they can withdraw medically from any of the trials, I am not feeling the Joey essex love that seems to be filling my facebook al this aww bless isnt he sweet , is doing my head in, he is ok and all that but not aww bless material imo

shelley72 · 19/11/2013 10:11

Crikey have just seen Mrs Wright on daybreak and it seems that she and Matthew are on their 4th round of IVF. So clearly not the child hating person he portrays on tv. Do hope they have some luck soon, I think she had an ectopic and that must have been hard. Not very MN but I love watching his show in the mornings.

BlingBang · 19/11/2013 13:52

I never understand the hate - watching his show it's obvious he's a big softie, liberal feminist. Wonder If I watch a different show.

bitemabum · 19/11/2013 14:09

I don't get the Matthew hate either, anyone who regularly watches his show must know what a big softie he his. He comes over to me as kind and funny. I don't understand why he's gone into the jungle at all.

shelley72 · 19/11/2013 14:14

I'm not sure either bitemabum. I was actually awake the other night worrying about him being there

flatmum · 19/11/2013 14:17

I've heard him refer to parents as breeders on his show several times over the years. Very weird for s

flatmum · 19/11/2013 14:17

Someone on their 4th round of IVF

bitemabum · 19/11/2013 14:19

I know exactly what you mean shelley72, I want to go and bring him home to mrs wright. Apart from anything else I can't stand Richard what's his name whose been doing the wright stuff.

bitemabum · 19/11/2013 14:21

The breeders stuff is clearly him being playful. I think he'd be a great dad. If he get's out of the jungle alive that is.

shelley72 · 19/11/2013 14:25

[Smile]

Chipstick10 · 19/11/2013 14:29

Can't stand Matthew wright, he brings me out in hives.

BlingBang · 19/11/2013 14:32

I've heard he speaks very highly of you Chipstick.

bitemabum · 19/11/2013 14:33

It's the miss world or whatever she is that I can't stand, she is sickeningly good looking, she brings me out in insecurity!

BlingBang · 19/11/2013 14:44

She is - still looks bloody gorgeous first thing in the morning in the bloody jungle!

bitemabum · 19/11/2013 14:49

She must die! Or at the very least be made to wear a bag over her head for the duration of the show. Surely not too much to ask. In fact add a fully buttoned up over size boiler suit and I'd feel better.

Bellini12 · 19/11/2013 17:25

Didn't the next trial look like they were being covered in sawdust/grain (as well as bugs) so maybe that would be bad for an asthma sufferer?

Bellini12 · 19/11/2013 17:36

I'm sure I read an interview with Matthew once that said he definitely wanted children. I think his 'breeders' comments are meant to be tongue in cheek.

I've clearly spent far too many years watching his show in the mornings (never watched it until I was on my first maternity leave). It's by far the only decent thing on TV at that time.

Umpire · 19/11/2013 17:42

oh yeh, I've watched his show on and off for about 8 years! there's no malice in him.

Terrortree · 19/11/2013 19:03

Is my favourite programme in the history of the whole wide world ever and ever not on tonight?

Really?

wonderingwendy · 19/11/2013 19:05

love Joey ,yes he is thick but maybe he is dyslexic
Matthew made a right tit of himself on the first night which is why i think he is being voted to do the trials.
