Meanwhile, in news from gatwick, someone is very late for their flight to dubai. The woman on the tannoy sounds quite irrate.

It sounds daft doesn't it when you say it's nerve wracking to watch, but it is. That was one of the best matches I've seen.

I'm glad it was good. Del Po has had a pretty good year- will be nice to see him end on a high. The US must have been a disappointment.

Just watched a bit of the presentation ceremony or the doubles winners (Dodig/Verdasco) - that Verdasco sure is presentable!

Arrived safely and the weather is good. Have also found live tennis on Turkish TV.
