I'm pretty sure I posted on a thread about this when it started, anyway I have only caught up with it now, watched last weeks and this weeks tonight, it's strange isn't it, I can't make up my mind whether or not I like it, or whether or not it's any good, but I will watch next week coz I want to see who did it or who didn't do it Grin

To who ever posted that bike guy was the cop that killed Luthers wife, thank you, I had them all placed, larkrise, shameless, luther, but I just couldn't place him even though I knew I hated him from something, but it still never clicked, and I love Luther so I'm annoyed with myself over that.

By the way I don't like the Daddy to be at all, he is as creepy as the teacher and he only went with curlyhaired lady to get back at him.

I have a theory....
retired Detective will finally solve the murder and will confront murderer (whoever it is....I've no idea).
The murderer will attack him and he'll end up dead (retired detective, that is).
Murderer will put Detective's dead body in the attic and because Detective has not involved any other Police people in his detective work, no-one will know he's there and he will not be missed.
He will become - what remains! Remains as in human remains and left behind.

I think it's really well done tbh.

Interesting characters, no car chases, running about with guns, just good old detective work.

Or,retired detective with no authority in this case...

Except all the detective work isn't being done by the detective.

We really enjoyed last night's episode, I think it is really creepy as literally everyone has a motive, it really is a house full of bizarre people with secrets- but glad they are not going to string it out over loads of episodes, should be neatly tied up next week...I think David T should start a series of his own, he's really good as a 'retired' detective, but, like some of you, feel that this may be his undoing.... I think it has been a good pace, slow build up, lots to find out and over an hour has kept us absorbed - !

I really enjoyed last night too. Very claustrophobic and tense. Apart from the detective, preg girl and Patricia, they are an unlikeable bunch!

It's a house full of very weird people that's for sure.

I am also intrigued, DH has given up and doesn't care who did it - but I HAVE to keep on watching now.

I haven't a clue who did it. Not a bloody clue.

The Melissa / Kieran sex looked to me like he wanted her to fight back, she seemed to slap him & let her hold her down yet she didn't look scared ?

It was Liz in the attic who had the peep hole.

What kind of trouble was Liz in ? Does it originate in the house ?

I thought Melissa was reaching out to touch him in an affectionate way but he held her down in a physical, this is just sex, kind of way. She didn't look scared though.......bit bored maybe!?

She looked terrified and in pain imo, he was practically taking her. That's why his girlfriend left, he tried to do the same to her too.

I think Melissa wanted more affection from him instead of groping and sex and to put it bluntly he pushed her hand away because he was just banging her. Horrible man.

I agree that whatever happened to Liz in the past is connected with the house.
