I know it's been shit for ages but its just dire atm. I'm a bit behind and stopped watching when bunhead Lauren was getting drunk. Switched back on and she's back from rehab. Was her rehab in the Maldives? I'm sick to the back teeth of her and joey. What a mockery they've made of teen drinking showing her recovered. She's a terrible actress.

Lucy is weird and for an eastender she's got a v posh accent. As has bobby. And Dennis. And Sharon.

And I really don't like how every victim of sexual abuse is portrayed as promiscuous. In one episode we see Kat dragging a guy into an alley for a quickie and Whitney getting into a car with strange men. Not every child victim is like kat and bloody Whitney. Utter tosh. I need another long break from it. I only came back to it cos corrie is terrible these days.

I'm sure on poker night Whitney told Johnny and Lauren that Liam was upstairs with Cindy and TJ... Or did I imagine that?

So it could be Cindy and one of the boys which would tie in with Bianca and Ian hating the Bobby/Tiff friendship

I'll bet that's why max's reaction was so strong- he's using jake to beat himself up if that makes sense. He probably feeling lots of guilt about what he did now that he's seeing his own daughter so messed up and repeating the pattern and is angry with himself but jake is getting the brunt of it as it's easier for max to do that than actuay take responsibilityfor what he's doen and how he's feeling.

I seem to remember Ashley on a motorbike that had been tampered with by Nick intended for someone else to ride and have an accident on. And Dotty was his too. Charlie has never been mentioned I'm sure so they must have just been desperate for a new story for Dot.

Didn't Ashley crash into the mini-mart? IIRC Nick fell off the bridge, I think he was up there because of Mark Fowler for some reason. He fell then was injured for a while and fiddled with Mark's bike in revenge, not knowing that Ashley was going to joyride on it. I may be wooly on the facts though

I think Ashley crashed through the laundrette window (for extra drama, with it being Dot's second home..!). Yes Nick had fiddled with the brakes, don't understand how he managed to build up so much speed around the market square, but there you go.

I don't understand how nick manages to name his children after his Mum and Dad but fails to mention them to his mother...
