Clarice they are basically meringues poached in milk, served on a custard and topped with caramel. I suspect it's to test their technique in egg whitery, and their propensity to burn themselves on caramel.

I thought Paul wasn't keen on booze - didn't she say it was Cointreau in there?

I agree wing - the palm tree just looked like sloppy layers! But i also don't like her for no real reason - although had to Smile when they did the camera angle if Kimberly checking out Ruby. Oooh - rivalry!
