Another q - do Royal Mail vans still have a logo? I re-watched the scene with Danny fighting the "postman" and it was just a red van without markings

It may be that Royal Mail didn't allow their vans to be used - the film 'Looking for Eric' had red logo-less vans with a yellow stripe in lieu of real post vans.

Why was Danny's skateboard next to the body?

1. If he was taken off of the boat then why bother to take it with you?

2. If he was carried there, why take it with you?

3. Why did Elaine/Susan take it?

I'm running out of time but I think Lucy and Paul are linked (maybe through AA). Whoever the killer is has Danny's phone and the messages Tom deleted weren't from Danny but the killer and Tom is too scared to tell anyone because he's been threatened (and maybe the threat was reiterated at the funeral by Paul?).

As for the motive, still unsure.

I am beside myself today, can't wait to find out but don't want to know either. Dammit, I can't see there being another series as it's so localised but as it's been so popular and it's ITV they may try another one in another town.

Oh pleease let them do a second series. With DT. Even if theyve foolishly killed him off for this one I will live in hope that they will let him regenerate time lord style (but sill be DT).

No idea of the motive but I think it's Mark. He still has some unaccounted for time on the night of the murder I think. Also when Nige was arrested he phoned Mark and didn't he say something like, 'just stick to your story'. Also Mark doesn't seem as upset about Danny's death as Beth is.

Also agree with whoever said that DT's daughter is dead.
