On the basis they might be gratuitously exposed to more Wand Erection, I vote No

Jellykat · 20/02/2013 21:31

Yes, its culture innit Pictures Wink

spudmasher · 20/02/2013 21:32

A pleasing lack of semi naked gyrating women tonight though.

ceebeegeebies · 20/02/2013 21:32

Yes, it is the holidays!

RedPencils · 20/02/2013 21:33

This fellas is the new Ed Sheeran.
It's all a bit middle of the road these days. Where's Jarvis when you need him.

ceebeegeebies · 20/02/2013 21:33

Well, this song is a bit dull Hmm Matches the rest of the evening though I guess Grin

Picturesinthefirelight · 20/02/2013 21:33

I guess I have spent years trying to get dd to appreciate all styles of music not just classical and musical theatre.

Mrsrobertduvall · 20/02/2013 21:34

I am very, very old but at least I listen to Radio 2 Grin and know who half these people are.
Dh has no idea who anybody is, and has gone off to watch Barcelona play football next door.

Not keen on dirgy guitar playing man on at the moment. Not a patch on Neil Young or Leonard Cohen. Combined ages about 150.

Raahh · 20/02/2013 21:34

Jelly- you have a point.Grin

I do like Ben, but can't imagine how this transfers to a big arena. Will either be spine-tingly (Adele- Someone like you) or fall flat.

Picturesinthefirelight · 20/02/2013 21:34

I thought it reminded me of someone - Ed Sheeran of course.

YouBrokeMySmoulder · 20/02/2013 21:34

Is this david gray with a different face?

Picturesinthefirelight · 20/02/2013 21:35

He really isn't funny is he?

YouBrokeMySmoulder · 20/02/2013 21:37

Am sure Eavis will be pleased at Alt-Js announcement there...

wannabedomesticgoddess · 20/02/2013 21:38

TomDudgeon · 20/02/2013 21:39

Boring boring bored

And a sad indication of what's mainstream these days.

TaggieCampbellBlack · 20/02/2013 21:39

Bring back smash hits awards.

They were good.

Jellykat · 20/02/2013 21:40

I met Michael Eavis at DS2s graduation ceremony, my god he was a letch!
Awful man..

Raahh · 20/02/2013 21:40

The first War Child album was brilliant.

Picturesinthefirelight · 20/02/2013 21:41

In fact lets just bring back Smash Hits

Picturesinthefirelight · 20/02/2013 21:41

Eek NYE I'm worried. Is this suitable for the dc.

ceebeegeebies · 20/02/2013 21:42

Taggie god yes, Smash Hits awards were AMAZING - they celebrated what was popular rather than what was 'cool' Grin

Jellykat · 20/02/2013 21:43

Was that one called Help Raahh?

IncognitoIsMyFavouriteWord · 20/02/2013 21:44
