The only one that has any sort of actual comedy value is Michael Moon. And, to be honest, it's not te script that's funny, it's his expressions.

In my head, he is only in the job through blackmail and is sticking it to Da Man by silently mocking the entire cast and implausible plot lines.

bleedingheart · 01/05/2013 13:13

Terrible storylines at the moment.
Sharon and her addiction, Janine and Michael's battle and the stench of desperation coming from Lucy. Boring.

iloveweetos · 02/05/2013 15:58

I agree, really boring!

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/05/2013 17:16

All the teenager girls in ee are slim - tbh the only chunky one was sonja all those years ago

Maybe shaz will die over popping pills?

rufussmum · 02/05/2013 20:13

'The psycho and the sugar-plum fairy'............best line of the year from Shirley re the gruesome twosome.
Sharon now collapsed on bathroom floor. We can only hope it's terminal.
Why does Scarlett spend all her time in the buggy with her coat on? After silent Amy we now have motionless Scarlett.
Why would a headteacher (Ava) be interested in Billy?

garlicyoni · 02/05/2013 22:19

That line won a very loud guffaw from me!

Unfortunately, Sharon's bound to be quivering her shoulders in ICU for at least three episodes. Let's hope they finally get lift & fly her off to a better place before we've suffered too long.

I cannot imagine Billy and Ava having sex Shock It's an even worse thought than Tanya & Phil!

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/05/2013 22:54

Perfect one liner from Shirley

Is this the end of shaza .......

I'm a couple of episodes behind, but I enjoyed that scene with Michael and Alice, when he had his hands in her hair.

SoleSource · 03/05/2013 20:16

Sharon's nose oink

Ewww Kat

AmandinePoulain · 03/05/2013 20:20

This Kat thing is making me really uncomfortable...I mean, what if it was the other way around? Hmm

And I don't get the random pairings at the moment, who's next, Cora and Michael? Lucy and Patrick? Hmm

And why did Michael just decide to hand Scarlett over? Confused

SoleSource · 03/05/2013 20:27

I have missed a few episodes

Where is Cheryl?

OP posts:
SoleSource · 03/05/2013 20:30

TwllBach · 03/05/2013 21:27

"Cheers Bill"

He. Is. Amazing.

QOD · 03/05/2013 22:34

Cheryl? Who is Cheryl?

SoleSource · 03/05/2013 22:41

Cheryl Cole..she was Masood's love interest the second Zanaib left from Newcastle.

Now Carol is with him tonight.

Enjoying Kat's witchy cackles at everything that's going on around her!

Lucy (so thin and hunched) reminds me of Penelope the puppet in Thunderbirds.

Sharon's cake-making ruse made me laugh.

But agree with folk about strange and unconvincing couplings.

OhLori · 05/05/2013 11:33

What about Joey, I'd buy him a pint Smile.

cheerfulweather · 05/05/2013 12:29

I can't view Joey in the same light after seeing his real life persona. He must be one of the few EE cast not actually just playing himself, so real acting; he's actually really camp, well spoken, intelligent and so on, much more lovely-seeming person.

I too was uncomfortable with what Kat and Bianca did. Very wrong to make an entertaining scene out of it.

And Bianca is horribly scary, and so nasty and aggressive. She's been in prison for gbh hasn't she? I wouldn't cross her anyway.

I think the Carol and Masood coupling is rather sweet Blush

OhLori · 05/05/2013 14:17

Oh well, he's even more attractive then, where did you see him speak etc?

Bianca: well, I think the thing about her character (and that of her mother) is that they are "fiery" women because they are up against it - authority, poverty, useless men, their own ignorance, and so forth so sometimes they respond in an aggressive way. Carol is Bianca 20 years on ...

cheerfulweather · 05/05/2013 14:33

Oh I didn't personally see him Blush, it was a link some one sent me, to his appearance, and interview afterwards, possibly at the National Television Awards (you tube). I do have a life, honestly, but EE is my one guilty pleasure.

That's probably quite accurate about Bianca and Carol

SoleSource · 06/05/2013 20:15

Poor Lola :(

Bakingnovice · 06/05/2013 20:29

Bianca attacking that evil chipmunk Kane was hilarious. Best comedy scene of the year. He has one ugly mug.

I'm a bit behind but some thoughts: how terrible did Sharon look on her wedding day? Thank god Liam's gone. Roxy seems to be morphing into Kat with all that flipping makeup. Where did Max's huge airy flat appear from in the middle of the square? Glad Michael has a decent storyline as I really loathed him in the Tyler boxing/jean storylines. Janine looks terrible. Ray should get together with bianca. All the brannings need to go. And they can take Ava. Bring back Peggy and pat.
