Like Secret Army Me and my mum used to try and remember the order of the roads, canals and railways each week.

Or Tenko. One of the few programmes of the 70s or 80s to pass the Bechdel test.

Sapphire and Steel used to scare me to death. Especially an episode when a baby grew up in about 10 seconds to a fully grown man in a nappy. To this day, my sister cannot listen to Brahm's Lullaby

'Paint with Nancy' was great- especially where they showed it at double speed at the end. She used to go through a lot of loo rolls.

don't worry acandle - Lost In Space was repeated in the 80s or 90s It was on on Sunday lunchtimes and was always on while we ate our roast (my parents positively discouraged conversation at the table!). I loved it - it had Brigitta from The Sound of Music in iirc.

Me and my brother used to watch Monkey every Friday evening but all I can remember is Pigsy, always said Pigsssayyyy and some water spirit with skulls round its neck.

Crown Court was the highlight of sick days and never seemed to be on in the holidays because we were shown Daktari with Clarence the cross-eyed lion for the hundredth time. Also Flashing Blade every summer, who wants to join in with a rousing chorus of "It's better to have fought and lost than not have fought at all"?

but do remember house party love it as it was like loose women (lots of women chatting) but they also did baking and sewing stuff and craft stuff as well

it might even be an idea to bring back as people are interested in those things again now.

Man from Uncle - there were also one or two episodes called The Girl from Uncle with Noel Harrison, (son of Rex, handsome and played the guitar) but I can't remember who played the girl.
