Can't bear it - it's not funny. Feel free to prove me wrong.

So glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like it, mind you I'm not entirely sure how I feel about it DH hates it so much that I have only ever watched about 5 secon

PickledFanjoCat · 28/09/2012 21:53

I watch it and prepare to hate it. But I did crack one or two smiles there.

shrimponastick · 28/09/2012 21:53

I don't find it funny either.

Irritating is the word i would use.

invicta · 28/09/2012 21:53

We love it in our family.

PrimrosePath · 28/09/2012 21:55

I like her, but I always make sure that I switch off before the singing bit at the end.

Heavensmells · 28/09/2012 21:55

I didn't expect to find it funny but I love it! Laugh my head off every time it's on.

Sparklingbrook · 28/09/2012 21:57

I think it's fab but I can see why others wouldn't. Marmite comedy eh?

Tryingtothinkofnewsnazzyname · 28/09/2012 21:58

I said this on the last thread - or one of them - but as Sparklingbrook says above, it's a Marmite prog. Some love, some hate. I love but each to their own. Such fun!

BumsyClugger · 28/09/2012 22:00

I watched it when it was first on and found it hilarious though that may have been the copious amounts of weed i was smoking at the time.

I watched the first few episodes again sober and didn't laugh once.

However, tonight's episode, that I hadn't seen before, I found myself actually laughing out loud with tears in my eyes Grin

AgnesBligg · 28/09/2012 22:00

I adore it/her.

BumsyClugger · 28/09/2012 22:01

And I don't even smoke weed anymore Grin

Definitely a Marmite program. Everyone else in my house hates it.

Sparklingbrook · 28/09/2012 22:04

DS1 (13) thinks it funny. But he thinks Russell Howard is funny. Bit diverse. Grin

whyme2 · 28/09/2012 22:10

I found it awkward to watch but then caught myself laughing quite a few times. Very strange and even now I am not sure whether I like it or not.

Sparklingbrook · 28/09/2012 22:11

The bit where she does the lap on the conveyor in the Sushi restaurant is nearly unwatchable through cringiness but funny at the same time.

moodyblues · 28/09/2012 22:16

There are many, many cringey bits and awful overacting but I nearly died laughing tonight.

The fart scene is fabulous.

wintera · 28/09/2012 22:17

Aww I like it and love her too. My seven year old saw some of it recently and now calls her 'the funny woman' so think she likes her as well!

BumsyClugger · 28/09/2012 22:22

Moodyblues I almost woke my DD up at the fart scene Grin

McPhee · 28/09/2012 22:22

I lose my pelvic floor watching this Blush

BumsyClugger · 28/09/2012 22:23

up laughing at

spiderlight · 28/09/2012 22:25

When is it back? I LOVE it. I thought I was going to hate it but I watched one once when I was ill and couldn't get to the remote and was instantly converted.

McPhee · 28/09/2012 22:28

The fart scene

I've done that, but when I sneezed in the post office

I am miranda

HokeyCokeyPigInAPokey · 28/09/2012 22:28

Tis awful fecking rubbish.

Londonista1975 · 28/09/2012 22:37

It's funny in places but definitely overrated generally. The new series is coming soon, as well as her book so we're going to be seeing a lot more of her between now and Christmas...

goshandspecs · 28/09/2012 22:41

It's a load of fecking shite. Yawns!

shittingit · 29/09/2012 19:21

She isn't funny, its all a bit too self aware, cringe aren't I adorably ditzy and clumsy for my liking.
