Well she is 70. My ex MIL used to need help as well with washing hair etc. I suppose if you're not that fit, I can imagine bending over sinks and dealing with hair that long could be difficult.

WHY is Julian so far up Julie's arse? (sorry, crude I know, but true!) He's one that she confides in and slags the others off to. If he had any backbone or decency he'd pull her up on it.
I think he's sharp and witty, but he's letting himself down by being such a wimp. He should just tell her how nasty she's coming across instead of just sitting there.
"Don't gang up on her, guys." Um, what?! Nobody's ganging up on her, she's doing a pretty good job of alienating everyone all by herself!

I do not know if one always necessarily leads to the other in psychology. I am glad julie did not cry. Coleen would have loved it. I detest Julies methods and loathe bullying full stop. Coleen is pathetic.
