Seem to be quite a lot of loose ends to tie up in one remaining episode....

You could be right about the fourth bullet Redline but not sure that the demise of her current beau would necessarily drive her back into Sav's arms - she doesn't seem to be a lady for turning!

The final episode has been postponed apparently. Shame, but I can see why.

My DH said after the first episode that he was worried it would give idiots ideas about luring cops out with the sole intention of causing them harm.

I agree with them withholding tonight's episode though.

I'm miffed, I can sort of see why though the luring via bogus call has already been shown & I doubt that the bereaved famillies& colleagues of the two murdered police officers would be inclined to watch anyway!

I agree they wouldn't be watching, it's a mark of respect isn't it.

On a lighter note, if your surname was Rocksavage, would you give your child a double barrelled name? Quite cruel.

I don't want to put a spoiler on here but if you read that BBC link it looks like it isn't just the original attack which is causing the postponement.

Agree about the name - I spent a good while in the first episode thinking his nickname was "Rock" and his surname was Savage.

Does anyone know when the final episode will go out. I'm having withdrawal symptoms from Warren Brown from such an excellent, well-written series.

BBC aren't saying yet - think it could be sometime in the light of the content of the last episode. Was looking forward to seeing it but in the circumstances def right thing to do.

The episode of Silent Witness which was deemed too similar to the case of the girls in Bradford being groomed by the Asian gang (who were subsequently prosecuted) was probably shown a couple of months after the rest of the series...

However, it will be a bit difficult to show the last part of a four part drama as a stand-alone episode - they might have to repeat the whole thing!

Have only just seen this. We were going to watch it tonight but outnumbered repeats probably not worth watching. I wonder when they are going to put it on.

They are showing the last episode of this on Saturday at 10.30pm for any still bothered!

ahh - thanks Listmaker - i was wondering when it would be. I hope they do a comprehensive recap as I am not sure I can remember it all now
