OP posts:
CouvelaireHair · 28/08/2012 21:44

Did the mum of that baby have morphine?

thekidsrule · 28/08/2012 21:45

yes she did

CouvelaireHair · 28/08/2012 21:45

oops x post

ouryve · 28/08/2012 21:46

This poor girl is going through what i did post partum. Twice.

Both transfusions (4 units & 3 units) made a hell of a difference.

Pickles77 · 28/08/2012 21:47

Ourye it was a positive for you then ( really interested as I know someone who declined)

OP posts:
ImPeppaPigOink · 28/08/2012 21:48

I wish I chose to have a transfusion instead of Iron tablets.

kilmuir · 28/08/2012 21:49

Why would you decline, she would feel so much better

Pickles77 · 28/08/2012 21:57

I am melting now Smile
I love Alison's hair colour

NellyBluth · 28/08/2012 21:57

Did one of the midwives just say "bailing out" for women who chose to have a c-sec?

thekidsrule · 28/08/2012 21:58

i thought that Shock

toddlerwrangler · 28/08/2012 21:59

Yes. She did Angry

Zhx3 · 28/08/2012 22:01

Sorry but GAAAAAAAAAAAHHH at "we'll always make room"!

They didn't bloody make room for me!

NellyBluth · 28/08/2012 22:01

Wow. Also pleased other people are agreeing that's shocking. She must be lovely with people who have chosen an elcs after a traumatic first birth.

I know so many women who were induced at 37, 38 weeks and ended up having a c-sec because baby just wasn't ready to come.

BabylonPI · 28/08/2012 22:01

What channel please ? I'm missing it Sad

dontlaugh · 28/08/2012 22:02

I was discharged with iron of 7.3, no transfusion. grrrr.

CouvelaireHair · 28/08/2012 22:03

I don't think that was a personal attack on the mother, just that because the induction failed, the baby had to be 'bailed out'. Thats the way I saw it.

dontlaugh · 28/08/2012 22:03

not from that hospital I should add.

susiedaisy · 28/08/2012 22:03

nelly yes she did say that she also said for that lady to give her partner a kiss before her c section "just in case"ConfusedHmm

NellyBluth · 28/08/2012 22:04

Ah, yes, couvelaire, it could have been that.

Pickles77 · 28/08/2012 22:05
