A bit Ed SHeeran I just said to DD. She's just off to a band on the beach, so flying solo for the rest of the prog.

I think he could be good. I don't like this type of music, but when he sings he is good and he can play the guitar. I reckon he will be popular with the youngsters.

THank you Hassled. I do appreciate all compliments. I am a proud mum as she had good GCSE results this week too.

He was impressive.

He was quite good, quite liked him. I always feel a bit suspicious when they roll out a sob story. DD said that if she was ever foolish enou to go on X factor, then I was forbidden to come up with any sob stories for the cameras. Last series, she was going on at me to let her audition, so we have masses of improvement there. Phew.
