they don't sleep with the guys! I don't believe it.

Didn't believe it - smacked of being very stunted up for TV to me.

The girls are all low-rent glamour models who will do/say anything for the couple of hundred quid they get from: newspapers, magazines, TV shows:

I'm bisexual
I sold my virginity
I rinse guys

....all bollocks

you could be right nancy. although that woman did go to new york. however, i wouldn't believe for a second that it happened how she said it did. as in her posting a twitter update whingeing about needing to get away and him just arranging it.

I had a "friend" who did this sort of thing when she was about 18, it was mainly middle aged men spending money on her. They usually never even met her. She was one of those people who think everyone owes her, she expected to just get everything she asked for. Including my boyfriend at the time.. Hmm

There has been a huge backlash in the press today. But what did these girls honestly expect?
I too couldn't see the point. Why would guys do this? I just don't get it.
Why the girls do it, I get. All 3 of them were seriously mucked up and cleerly badly damaged. Totally unemotional. Quite sad really.
But why they did the tv show, I have no idea. Their cover has now been blown, so the little they were paid to do the show has presumably now hindered their future 'earning potential'. Probably not the best decision on their parts, then. Mind you, none of them were the sharpest knife, were they ......

AmberLeaf · 17/05/2012 17:30

I was looking at their Twitter pages yesterday and they were getting a lot of shit from people.

I agree that doing the show wasnt the brightest of moves!

IAmBooyhoo · 17/05/2012 18:07

it makes me wonder how the show was 'pitched' to the girls in order for them to think it was going to be beneficial for them. i'm sure if it had been pitched as how it actually portrayed them then they would have had friends and family screaming at them not to do it. i know i would have talked my dauhter or friend out of it (out of doing the whole rinsing thing altogether actually)

Some people just want to be on TV.

I innocently asked a guy what he did for a living and he was so defensive as he said there was two questions he hated girls asking was what was his job and what kind of car did he drive. Hmm

I also knew a girl who said to me you should look at the watch and shoes of a guy to know whether he was rich or not. Not sure if there is any truth in that or not. Grin

They clearly all (except maybe Danica) have self esteem issues. I think they are kidding themselves too. Do they really think a man wants to go on dates and buy a woman expensive gifts with nothing in return? I don't mean just sex either but surely the man would expect some sort of relationship. The woman who went to New York seemed scared and a bit naive. Was she staying with him?

IAmBooyhoo · 17/05/2012 19:27

frilly i think she was as when he left her in teh street he came back and asked for 'keys' so i am assuming they were keys for his house/apartment. and then the narrator said she had booked into a hotel for the rest of her stay.

BrightnessFalls · 17/05/2012 20:53
